"The hotel is close to the Modern Central City Night Market, which has a lot of food and a cheap supermarket. The hotel room was clean and tidy, with Tmall Genie smart control. The front desk lady upgraded my room for free and gave me two breakfast coupons. I was very satisfied with the service. I saw the sunrise through the window this morning."

"I chose a hotel nearby so I could visit Sayram Lake a second time. The price was definitely high, but I was okay with that because I read reviews beforehand and knew there was still construction going on nearby. However, the hotel still had a strong smell of new renovations, which was quite pungent at night. I'd suggest putting an air purifier in the room. Also, regarding breakfast, the restaurant area was too small. Sometimes one person would occupy an entire table, and when it got busy, you had to stand and wait. The staff didn't intervene, which made for a very poor experience."

"I got a free upgrade to a lake view room, and even though it was a bit off to the side, I could still see the lake. The room design and facilities were very upscale and stylish, with a wet/dry separation in the bathroom and excellent soundproofing. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. The only minor issue was that whenever you sat down on the toilet, the automatic flush would go off and splash your backside, which was a bit annoying. Since I was only staying one night, I didn't bother reporting it."
