"The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start."

There's plenty of hot water all day long, so you can wash up and relax whenever you want. The room was spotless, even the corners were perfectly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful, always available when needed and very efficient. The afternoon tea included freshly cut watermelon and cantaloupe, which were sweet and refreshing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. At check-out, you can even take away freshly ground, packed coffee, which was perfect for our journey. The service details were meticulously handled, making our stay relaxing and worry-free. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, I highly recommend this place!"

"I booked a pet-friendly hotel on Ctrip for my ski trip to Sayram. It's located in the heart of the town's main street, right across from a car charging station, and there's a convenience store and a convenience store downstairs – super convenient! It wasn't crowded during the off-season, so the price was very attractive, and it even included breakfast for two. They upgraded my room for free, and the decor and cleanliness were top-notch. The owners, all from Chongqing and Sichuan, were very welcoming. The grilled sausages for breakfast were delicious, and you can even bring your dog – they were all full! The best part was meeting the owners while I was taking photos at the ski resort during the day. Sayram Lake is definitely worth visiting in winter, especially for skiers. I highly recommend this hotel/guesthouse."

The owner was very friendly; as soon as we checked in, he offered us a room upgrade to one with a skylight. The room was spacious, and seeing the night sky from outside at night was incredibly peaceful. The next morning, I woke up naturally with the rising sun, which was very relaxing. It was a very satisfying stay! The skylight really left a deep impression. Recommended!"

"It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos."

🙂 Sharing a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Bole. Last night, we returned to Bole City from Sayram Lake Scenic Area after 10 PM. We had booked the Bole Xihai Lijing Hotel (Bole Grand Bazaar Branch) in advance. The hotel is located right next to the Grand Bazaar, with beautiful night views and convenient parking. The lobby was very comfortable, with a luxurious and warm decor. The receptionists were friendly and attentive. The room was even more satisfying; it was very warm, fully equipped with smart technology including a smart toilet, automatic curtains, a smart bathroom mirror, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to detail, and even included an emergency flashlight, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was on the third floor, beautifully decorated and clean. Unfortunately, we forgot the breakfast time and arrived late the next morning; the restaurant had already closed. However, a lovely lady in the restaurant said they had some side dishes, steamed buns, eggs, and milk, and offered to prepare them for us if possible. Surprisingly, the side dishes were plentiful and delicious, including incredibly tasty braised beef. The milk was also authentic and rich, making for a truly satisfying meal. I'm so grateful for the hotel restaurant's attentive service! 🌹🌹 Also, there's a Snow Lotus Restaurant next to the hotel entrance, with luxurious decor and a strong exotic flair. It's always brightly lit and packed at night. On our evening at the hotel, we had a hot and comforting lamb soup rice (everything at the restaurant was delicious, but it was too late to try it). During this trip, I only stayed one night at the hotel and didn't have time to explore the bazaar. Next time I'm in Bole, this hotel will be my go-to place! ❤🥰🥰

Guest UserI really appreciate the camp shuttle service for helping me with my heavy luggage, both from the car park to my tent and then back again. A big thank you to the service staff! The room decor was lovely, the surrounding environment was beautiful, and it was a short drive to the scenic area. It was very convenient to drive around the lake, entering and exiting through the East Gate to return to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 6 PM and left for the scenic area at 8:30 PM. Feeling that we wouldn't make it back before the restaurant closed at 11 PM, we paid in advance and arranged for our meal to be delivered to our room at 10 PM. We returned at midnight and were so happy to see our packed meal waiting on the table as promised. The next day, after checking out at 10 AM, we went back to the scenic area again, this time entering through the East Gate and exiting through the South Gate, to get another look at Sayram Lake, which we hadn't seen clearly the day before! 😄

Aiyo～weiyaWhen I booked the yurt, my simple desire was to bring my 4-and-a-half-year-old to experience Kazakh culture and a different way of life. But...
Surprise 1: Located at the highest point of Sai Lake, I could wake up to watch the sunrise and even see the entire lake. For adults, the view is incredible.
Surprise 2: The owners are a family of three. Their son is a handsome Kazakh man who speaks Mandarin the best in the family. He handles all customer communications, making communication seamless. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they'll do their best to satisfy any request, as long as they can.
Surprise 3: They have a herd of cattle, and another family on the hill behind them has a herd of sheep. They also have two sheepdogs and several horses. It's a truly delightful experience for children. They can play with the dogs, talk to the lambs, ride horses, and ride horses... And they even learned to distinguish between sheep and cow dung, as it's so common and natural.
Surprise 4: For dinner, we ordered lamb skewers, braised lamb chops, and pilaf. Two adults and one child couldn't finish them all; the portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. The clear mutton soup had no mutton smell at all (it's best to order it in advance, as it takes about two hours to simmer).
Of course, if you're choosing a yurt, you should be prepared. Only consider choosing one if you can accept the following: 1) There's no private toilet, only a dry toilet, and no showers. 2) There's a stove inside, and you have to add the charcoal yourself at night, otherwise it won't last until the next morning. 3) The standard of cleanliness should be comparable to other yurts, not five-star hotels.
Overall, if I were to stay in this area again, I would still choose this yurt.

Very simple local herdsman's house, they light a stove at night, so it's not cold. The accommodation environment is not as good as a hotel, but the living environment experience is great. Living on the hillside, you can see the Sailimu Lake from a distance, the viewing effect is better, and if the weather is good, you can also see the sunrise. There are many cows, horses, sheep, and small animals nearby. The car is parked in the nearest parking area by the lake. The brother will pick you up and down the mountain, and the barbecue is also good.

y3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and the amenities are complete. This kind of apartment is basically half-check-in and half-check-out, but sometimes they will say hello when you come in and out, and they will automatically refill the bottled water the next day. The hotel is located in the commercial street of Saihu Scenic Area. It is a bustling area. It is very convenient for dining and shopping (the prices around the scenic area are too high and the price is very poor), not far from Saihu Scenic Area. Hotel facilities are relatively new, facilities are relatively complete, the overall service is not bad, but there is no elevator, even the second floor room, it will be a bit difficult for families with large luggage.

Staying in a yurt at Sayram Lake is an absolute treat! Not only do you get to witness the stunning golden sunrise over the mountains, but you also get to savor incredibly authentic Kazakh cuisine. The owner's hand-grabbed lamb, milk tea, and roasted meat are all phenomenal – so fresh and delicious. Enjoying a warm, home-style meal after watching the sunrise just fills you with so much joy! 🥩 The yurt's location is fantastic; step right out to breathtaking lake and snow-capped mountain views. After dinner, a stroll along the lake, with the breeze blowing, is pure bliss! The accommodation is also very clean and comfortable, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend!
