Amazing
GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with this hotel. It's connected to Haneda Airport International Terminal, so it was perfect for an overnight stay after my flight to enjoy the hot springs before heading to Niigata for skiing the next day. The room size was quite good for Japan, and the onsen was free. Breakfast had a decent variety and tasted excellent. Plus, the mini-bar was complimentary!

Sshadow_zhuI chose La Vista next to Tokyo Bay, having previously stayed at their Hakodate location and been thoroughly impressed by their breakfast. After comparing hotels within central Tokyo, I decided this was the place. The breakfast didn't disappoint, and the service and facilities were also great. Oh, and they offer free ramen from 10 PM! While it's a bit far out – about a 30-minute bus ride to Ginza and at least an hour to other areas by subway – there's a subway station right outside the door, so it's fine if you're not in a hurry. The room size was standard, and there's a hot spring on the top floor where you can see both the Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower. Soaking in the onsen while watching the sunset was amazing.

EEdviThe toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob). Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn. They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park. However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay: 1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around. 2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient! It's just a 3-minute walk from Ariake Station on the Yurikamome Line. However, walking to Odaiba Gundam takes about 35 minutes, so it's best to take the Yurikamome Line there. The hotel's 6th floor is connected to the mall's 5th floor (the Sky Spa is right at the connection point), so you don't even need a coat to go for a meal (on the 5th floor) or shopping (there's a great fresh food supermarket on the 1st floor) – super comfortable!

1118183****This is my second time staying at Dormy Inn, and the hot springs, ramen, Yakult, and ice cream are still available. However, the service is truly disappointing. Since my check-in day happened to be my birthday, I emailed the hotel to inquire about a possible room upgrade, but received no response. When I asked about the unanswered email during check-in, the first English-speaking staff member seemed dismissive. Then, a Chinese-speaking receptionist told me that even for a birthday, they only offer a small card and nothing else. Alright, I guess I had high hopes. They directly gave me a corner room where the window opened up to a wall. I stayed for four nights. On the morning of the third day, I explicitly requested housekeeping, but when I returned, only the towels had been replaced; even the trash can wasn't emptied. Because I used a Trip.com voucher, the price was discounted. If this is why the service was poor, I hope the platform and the hotel can communicate better. If they can't handle promotions, they shouldn't offer them. Am I being discriminated against for using a voucher, or is it because I'm Chinese? The breakfast was overpriced and low quality. When I asked a staff member if they had wasabi, they said no. Can you believe that? In the room, you can't even tell if it's sunny or rainy outside. Judge for yourself.

WWanderlust Y AventurasIt was a small but lovely hotel. You take your shoes off at the beginning and walk without shoes. At night they have free ramen which was delicious and their morning breakfast was crazy good. The hotel is a little older but it was clean. And all the amenities and it’s location make this place so worth it.

GGuest UserVery expensive for what you get. Our room was 12sqm and bathroom 2m x 1m - and the rate was twice the price of our Ginza accommodation which was significantly better and was in the heart of Ginza. There was no water in the room and you had to fill up a water bottle from a dispenser on a different floor, waiting 10min for the lift to arrive The onsen was good and the staff were very very attentive, but unfortunately didn’t make up for how disappointing the room was.
