It was a wonderful hotel. I would recommend it to everyone.
The room was spacious and beautiful. The bath and shower were also spacious and comfortable.
It was our anniversary, and when we told the hotel reception, they gave us a complimentary message plate at dinner.
The bar also had a beautiful night view and a great atmosphere.
We used the large public bath and sauna in the morning. It was on a high floor and had a great view. There was no cold bath, but the dry sauna and steam sauna were comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was high quality, and the atmosphere and service were excellent.

Very good stay experience, upgraded suite can have breakfast in the room (just call 30 minutes in advance), you can see the Imperial Palace, Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower from the window. We returned to the hotel in the afternoon to pick up our stored luggage, and they kindly sent us to Tokyo Station. The service is really good!

This hotel is in a great central location that is within walking distance of everywhere in the Ginza area. Hotel is a little old and thus showing a little bit of wear-and-tear. Nevertheless, the service was great.

Very satisfactory hotel, I like the details of the decoration, the service is so good, you don't need to go to the front desk when you get off the car, the service staff will prepare the room card and take it directly to the room, the window has an unobstructed view of Tokyo, and there is a detailed introduction to the hotel. The equipment is also very good, the pajamas are very comfortable, I want to buy a set, but unfortunately there is no stock in my size, the turndown service time will be booked, there are hot drinks without caffeine, which are different every day, as well as fruits and snacks, with sleep essential oils, lip care, and five breakfast sets, including Chinese, Japanese, Italian and healthy breakfasts, which can be eaten in the room or on the 40th floor, all the same, the gym is also good, there is an outdoor swimming pool, it is a very satisfactory hotel.

The hotel is located in Azabudai Hills. It is the only hotel in this new landmark in Tokyo. There are all kinds of food, drink and entertainment around it. It is very close to Tokyo Tower. The room area is huge in Tokyo and has a balcony. It has just opened and is located in Tokyo's new flagship project. The overall facilities are first-class. As a sister brand of Aman, it naturally has a bit of Aman's flavor. The health and fitness facilities are invincible, and the gym equipment is extremely rich. It should be no problem for it to be the first in Tokyo. The swimming pool is also very large. The breakfast is top-notch. The only drawback is that guests have to stand to check in, which is not good. Other luxury hotels encountered in Japan require guests to check in while sitting.

Facilities: Because it is a new hotel, the facilities are good. The only regret is that the water volume of the shower is a bit small.
Hygiene: Very good!
Environment: Because the hotel is between 1-chome and 2-chome in Ginza, shopping is very convenient. There is a famous stationery store opposite the hotel.
Service: Absolutely good! From the front desk to the room to the restaurant, everyone is very warm and sincere. The breakfast is especially great!

Classical hotel with modern facilities. We stayed in the Deluxe twin room, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table, bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub, and two basins, bedroom with lounge, dining table and desk. There are both 110/240 volt power supply everywhere in the room, which is really convenient if you need to use equipment using 240 volt power supply. The room is huge, a total of 54 square meters!
Services were excellent, I called the hotel to let them know that we will be arriving around 7am due to the flight schedule, when we arrived at 6am, surprisingly, our room was ready to check in!
Restaurants were superb and the strawberry afternoon tea in the lobby was excellent. Hotel also has a full size gym, a huge swimming pool and a big spa as well.
Overall, it is a great hotel!

XXiaoyaoxianshiVery close to the palace, each room has a terrace with a charming view. You can go for a walk around the palace in the morning. There is also the most beautiful Starbucks nearby. The hotel has many restaurants and bars. The bar has a terrace where you can smoke. I won't tell ordinary people.

GGuest UserVery Japanese style hotel and nice and quiet location. Room is very big for Tokyo standard . But is slightly less international, no options of foreign TV channel and some staff finds it hard to understand English. But will still definitely return.
GGuest UserExcellent stay at the gorgeous Andaz. Room facing Tokyo Tower has spectacular views. So nice to be at a hotel that offers happy hour and canapés for free. But most of all, they have the most amazing staff, like Sayaka, who helped us with restaurant selection and reservations. Thank you!
GGuest UserThe breakfast was very rich. I checked in on the 11th floor and the staff were very polite. The hotel occupies a large area, with three buildings connected together. It is very convenient to find food on Akasaka Street after leaving. The only drawback is that the bottled water in the room is a bit small. But you can add it for free.

The location is convenient, the staff has a good service attitude, the scenery is also very good, especially the bedding and toiletries in the store are more comfortable, and the air conditioner is not dry, the temperature is suitable, in short, it is quite comfortable.

GGuest UserIt's so cute. When I got back to the hotel, I saw that the toothbrushes and toothpastes used by the cleaning staff were stacked in such a cute shape. I loved it. I booked this hotel again and again. It's really good. The location is convenient. Tokyo Station is good for shopping, eating, playing and transportation are very convenient. The room is also very large. Must be praised.

LLvtuzhongdetingliuLocated in the prime location of Otemachi. Checking in to the hotel is full of ceremony. But for the price of 13,000, the room is not big. Much smaller than the nearby Amman. Guests who really like traditional Japanese culture will prefer Hoshinoya. From decoration to service, it is low-key (very low-key) luxury, with great attention to details. It is a pilgrimage site for hotel professionals, but for ordinary travelers, the cost performance is too low.
Tokyo has many popuplar luxury hotels with different styles, top amenities and unique experiences. Imperial Hotel, Tokyo, The Peninsula Tokyo and Janu Tokyo are highly recommended luxury hotels for exceptional stay.
