It was a wonderful hotel. I would recommend it to everyone.
The room was spacious and beautiful. The bath and shower were also spacious and comfortable.
It was our anniversary, and when we told the hotel reception, they gave us a complimentary message plate at dinner.
The bar also had a beautiful night view and a great atmosphere.
We used the large public bath and sauna in the morning. It was on a high floor and had a great view. There was no cold bath, but the dry sauna and steam sauna were comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was high quality, and the atmosphere and service were excellent.

Superior room was kind of small for 2A2C. One of us have to sleep on sofa. We should have booked a bigger room. Room was very clean and came with all we requried. Hotel overall was very good. Location was at Otorri Station which we need to figure out how to take train as it is our first time in Japan. Have family mart, 7-11 convenience stores nearby but not a shopping district. Not much food to eat nearby. Shuttle bus service available at certain time to haneda airport T1, T2, T3 for free.

The best hotel we've stayed in Japan so far. It is close to Mejiro train station. It's not a busy area, so the trains are not packed, unlike in tokyo or akihabara. The breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of choices eventhough it is the same everyday. There's a welcome drink that we forgot to use. Be sure to use it straight away.

12 points. Recommend this hotel to friends who come to Ikebukuro.
Let's talk about the location first. It's only a three-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. It's very easy to find on the roadside.
The hotel is newly opened. You can find the environment by looking at the pictures I posted.
It's very fresh and very comfortable.
You can order food, drinks and coffee when sitting outside at night.
There is a self-service machine on the first floor for check-in.
All supplies can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.
The room is very big. What's special is that there is a steam room and a massage bathtub.
I booked a family of three and each person had a bed and slept very comfortably.

The rooms are quite small, furnitures are really old. Although lobby is modern. Location is near to metro but there is not so much to do around. And believe it or not 2 of the roomcards disappeared overnight, in front of this mirror. :D We’ve looked for everywhere (anyway room is super small), but we’ve lost the cards inside the room. Luckily the receptionist did not mind and gave us 2 other room cards. It was just a bit scary haha.

This was our first stay upon arriving in Japan for our 2 weeks trip. The first impression of the room is pretty small but it was able to open 4 luggage by alternating. We were impressed with the shower pressure (it was the best out of the 4 hotels we stayed) and the breakfast were pretty good although the selections were pretty much the same throughout our stay. Location wise, we were pretty traumatised pushing our luggage (2 big 1 small 2 backpacks) as the walking distance from the sub train station was quite far. There is a family mart right beside the hotel which had pretty decent selections. The walk to the main Ginza area takes about 20minutes which wasn’t as convenient as we thought. There is onsen, laundry machine and luggage transport service available but we only managed to use the laundry machine which wasn’t a pleasant experience as I had to head down to the laundry room multiple times to check whether there is available machine for use (which ended up being full and wasted my trips). Could incorporate an app or TV update to show the usage of the laundry machines which 2 out of 4 of the hotels we stayed had, definitely very helpful and time saving)

I booked Nikko Daibas as 12 mins drive away to Tokyo Big sight exhibition. The arrival experience is really good as I took midnight flight and when I arrived hotel 10.30am, the room is ready for me. That's really lovely of the manager. Very appreciated the gesture of this hotel. The room 32 is considered spacious enough for me usually I stay in hotel >40m2, so this 35m2 is average standard.
Upon arrival and check-in to my room , which is 2137 ( I booked bay view room ) I made myself a cup of coffee with their Nespresso machine in the room and drink a bottle of water. They provide 4 bottles of water per day with daily amenities like- toothbrush/slipper/skincare/standard shampoo etc. The housekeeping is very satisfying.
Arrival and departure experience are very good as well. The bellboy and the staffs are very polite and friendly, totally love their Japanese gesture. Absolutely different from UK/Europe hotels.
Hotel Nikko is very big hotel with many rooms with 3 breakfast location. Above all the satisfaction points, I have some feedbacks :
1. Cafe Lobby/Grand Restaurant breakfast section are SUPER Long que- I stayed 4D3N, I managed to have my breakfast 1 day at Cafe Lobby another day at 30th floor SuShi breakfast set which I will share together with the reviews.
2.The Bed/Pillows are not very comfortable with me, I can't sleep well at nights, took me hours to fall asleep
3. I have 6 breakfast coupons for single person , so I am allowed to use for room service / high tea, anyway I am very busy at exhibition and also their good quality didn't meet my expectations.

I booked this hotel on the basis u could explore Tokyo and have a pamper day as the were supposed
To have a spa !!
I could get a trip booked (full)
Couldn’t get a massage (only for wedding guests same with hair salon )
Couldn’t get a private car to take me around Tokyo willing to pay for 4 hours no again.
Couldn’t get a coffee in morning before 11.30 unless I booked breakfast which I don’t eat .
The lady on concierge came to help and did book me in at a spa near by and let me use the club room so I could get my morning tea or coffee which I am very grateful for .

Checked in after 9pm, lounge closed so couldn’t check in at the executive lounge. The male reception staff checking us in was not as welcoming as expected for this hotel, perhaps limited English speaking so sounded cold, no smile at all. The reception lady led us to check in was more friendly. Location is everything and the view from the balcony is awesome. Breakfast is better than average. Overall not too shabby.

SSitthipornThis hotel is conveniently located in the Asakusa area, with easy access to Asakusa Station. However, I recommend getting off at Tawaramachi Station (G18) and using Exit 1, which is just 280 meters away—less than a 5-minute walk. The room is spacious enough for two people, even with two large pieces of luggage. A nice touch is the LG Styler Steam Closet in every guest room, which is perfect for dry cleaning and refreshing clothes. You can store your luggage at the front desk free of charge, which is very convenient. If you need to pack your bags and use vacuum-seal bags, they’re available for a small fee at the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet still be close to the main tourist spots. (Convenient Store; Family Mart is on the ground floor)

FFionaLocation is great and is walking distance to the train lines. There is a family mart across the road and many food options for lunch and dinner in the area. There is also a mall nearby for tax free shopping. Stay was comfortable and the only gripe is the lack of space for large luggage in the room. Will have to make do.
