The butler service was excellent. They helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. We had dinner at the hotel, and the dishes were very good and authentically Sichuan. The room was super spacious, and the bathroom was huge – very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. The hotel also provided complimentary fruit and dessert. All in all, the hotel service is truly exceptional. Plus, if you're visiting Sanxingdui, the hotel offers a complimentary car service. And the hotel breakfast was delicious too!

The breakfast was incredibly rich and offered a wide variety of choices. The courtyard environment was superb, perfect for a romantic getaway. It was my birthday during the stay, and they thoughtfully surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake. They also provided an exquisite afternoon tea. In the evening, there was warm tremella soup, which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

The Xinyue Pavilion by the lake even had paper and brushes, allowing you to write while relaxing and enjoying the scenery, which added a nice touch. The hotel's garden setting is incredibly picturesque, perfect for photos, and the koi in the pond are so friendly that my child had a blast feeding them. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious, and both the courtyard and the waterside balcony gave off a charming 'Jiangnan water town' vibe. And the hotel's coffee? Absolutely fantastic!

I woke up to the sound of birds in the morning. Each room offers great privacy. You can feed the fish in the pond, which my child loved. There are also two cute birds.

The private courtyard includes an outdoor hot tub, which is incredibly relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I especially loved the large hydrangeas, blooming in clusters – beautiful without being gaudy. Beyond the stunning environment and unique design, the service was exceptionally warm, attentive, and efficient. This hotel was truly a delightful surprise on this trip, and I will definitely return if I get the chance.

The common area features a large lake teeming with koi, and the hotel even provides free fish food. There's also a boat docked in the lake with birds perched on its bow, creating a very picturesque scene. I also visited the three-story gym, which had very comprehensive facilities. Service: We were assigned a butler who provided attentive service throughout our stay. They can arrange complimentary car transfers to and from Guanghan city center. Because there are only 36 rooms, you're more likely to encounter staff than other guests in the common areas, haha! Every staff member was warm and generous, which greatly enhanced the vacation feel. There were also daily parent-child activities, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's breakfast was also very varied, and the Xiaoyue Restaurant at the entrance can help with reservations, and their food was also excellent. In summary, it was a very comfortable overall experience, perfect for a family vacation. The facilities are well-equipped, and the service details are top-notch. We'll definitely be back!
