Wonderful hotel with the harbor seaview, prefer the romantic sunset at the lobby 35F, so did the 36F lemon bistro & bar. I appriciated that Jerry Wang offered us the professinal service, he recommended a lot of delicious food and nice place patiently. Thank u and we gonna back next time.

The room is new, clean, spacious and comfortable, well maintained, and compared to many other hotels I have stayed in, it is less humid. I didn't expect that hand-washed clothes can be 80% to 90% dry in the room after hanging in the room for 24 hours. There were two or three times when I forgot to close the window and went to bed without plugging in the electric mosquito coil, and no mosquitoes came in. There are plenty of power sockets and reasonable locations. The logic of the lighting switch is simple and clear, and it is easy to switch on and off. The bedding is comfortable, and there are two types of pillows, both of which are good. The room has a main headlight, which is much more comfortable and suitable for business trips. There are plenty of hangers and ample desktop area, which is convenient for putting things. The hot water in the bathroom heats up quickly once it is turned on, and the process of cooling water is very short. It is not a downtown area nearby, and it is very quiet.

Hotel excellent, room , view but services not good at restaurant. Few employees to attend and messing . Didn’t get a nice experience, sorry. It’s a pity .

I was transferring at Meilan Airport and the transit time was too long, so I chose this hotel. I have to say that from the beginning of pick-up to the final drop-off, the service was really very warm and made people feel comfortable and happy. Not only did they upgrade the room type for free, they were also very prompt and proactive in providing airport drop-off in the middle of the night. Location very good. near restaurants and food outlets. service is excellent. staff are courteous and helpful. very efficient and responsive to enquiry and request. The room is spacious and clean. the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties.

Clean and hygienic environment is beautiful, there are late night snacks and snacks nearby, the key is to have a barbecue table that can accommodate 15-16 people, you can do it yourself, there is also a large swimming pool, the key hot water is natural hot spring water! ! We sadly got stuck in Haikou in the time when Hainan was plaqued by a Covid outbreak and there was no way to leave the Island. Luckily we picked this Hotel to wait it out, and we stayed here in total 12 nights of which we spend basically the whole time inside our room. The whole hotel has a nice Flair, everything is green and fitting the theme of forest. The room was quite comfy and welcoming, all amenities were there and working. The only downside was that the WiFi was pretty slow (therefore only 4points), so we basically needed to use our mobile internet the whole time. As this was a special situation we had a lot of interaction with the Hotel staff which, even that they didn't speak any English, always was extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to support us. They washed our clothes for free and there was delicious free coffee and fresh fruit provided which gave us an extra welcoming feeling! Due to our situation I can't really rate the location as we were not allowed to explore the surroundings, but all the positive experiences mentioned definitely put this place up there as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. If I'd ever return to Haikou I'd definitely go back to this Hotel.
