JUNHAO Hotel

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and it was great, really good value for money. There's a shopping mall right across the street with a large supermarket, so the location is absolutely fantastic. The staff were also very nice; the manager in the black uniform even helped me with my luggage cart when I checked out. Thumbs up!

The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but the service experience was a huge letdown, with staff being unresponsive. For food deliveries, instead of a robot bringing it up, the delivery person had to leave it in a locker, and then I had to call the front desk myself – it's an extra step. I don't know who designed the service process at this hotel; it offers no convenience whatsoever and clearly doesn't consider the guest's perspective. It's not good value for money and definitely needs significant improvement.

This hotel is perfect for family gatherings and vacations; the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is cozy. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, with excellent service. Overall, it was a superb experience and great value for money. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay, and my first experience was so good that I decided to return. However, this time, the service and cleanliness have significantly declined. There's a shortage of staff in housekeeping, and the service can't keep up. The restaurant didn't even have straws, and check-in at the front desk was very slow. There were even small bugs crawling around in the white porcelain cups... It really feels like they're only interested in one-time business!

I booked a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. They immediately switched me to a non-smoking room, and the smoke smell was gone. However, the fridge in the non-smoking room was broken and didn't cool. I heard the hotel breakfast was good, so I purchased it, but I found it to be very mediocre. Most importantly, the vegetable salad still had dirt on it, and many rotten leaves. I already told the staff at the restaurant entrance. I hope the hotel takes food safety seriously, ensures vegetables are properly washed, and discards rotten leaves before serving them to guests. Thank you.

The service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The staff proactively helped with our luggage, and Li Li (presumably a staff member) introduced us to some great local food spots. The room had fantastic natural light, and the facilities were brand new and smart. The bathroom was spotless and bright. The mattress had just the right firmness, allowing me to sleep soundly and wake up naturally. This place truly offers both great value for money and comfort. I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here, haha!
