Really friendly staffs! Although we only stayed for a night, we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back again if we visit Haikou again!

This boutique hotel is right in front of the QiLou Street, everything like food, coffee, bubble tea and gift shop are just nearby. Simple, clean hotel room and great view from the hotel over Qilou street. Walk around is easy and it is also near to some local residential area. Morning local market is just nearby if you would like to see the locals doing their daily marketing.

The room is clean, tidy, bright and fully equipped, especially the bedding is very comfortable, very satisfied! Service: The service is warm and thoughtful. The girl is excellent and polite. Any problems will be solved in time and drinks will be given as a gift. Environment: The only thing is that it is not very soundproof. You can hear the sound of faucets running and voices in the rooms next to each other. It is very torturous to meet some people who come in the middle of the night. I hope Yaduo can put more effort into soundproofing, because your Bedding has already created a brand with a certain market share. To build Sleep Bar, I think it must be quiet, soundproof, and bedding, so that it can perfectly interpret Sleep Bar!

Jiajie is a very good hotel. I want to comment seriously. The water system at the entrance is very unique. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable and smells good. Next, the front desk staff is very considerate. After completing the formalities, I was surprised when I got to the room. The room was clean. It's very clean. The room is smart and you can watch movies casually in the projection room. Some movies were released before and I didn't have time to go to the movies. Coming here is no different from watching it in the cinema. The hotel is also equipped with a self-service washing and drying machine. If you need to dry it, you can wear it directly. It saves trouble. It’s so personalized. Recommended.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love staying here, big room, nice clean, AI function controls the room, we had a very good sleep because of the quietness. Highly recommend it to others and love to stay here again.

The hotel has a tall and stylish facade, and the waiters are warm and thoughtful, especially Xiao Lu who immediately helped us with our luggage at the door and sent it to the room. However, the bathroom is too old and too small, especially the flush toilet, which seems to be from the 18th century and is not very convenient to use. The breakfast is rich and colorful, with both Chinese and Western styles. It is recommended to spend a little money to replace the toilet to make it worthy of the Wyndham Hotel.

平常酒店住的還比較多的，尤其喜歡各種有特色的環境。這次真的沒想到在海口的商業街裏面，居然有這麼別具一格的帶私人院子的酒店。多的不説，直接上圖，這麼大院子，有沒有?一個人飲茶，爽不爽?房間很大，隔音超好，就沖這個性價比在海口估計沒敵手。旅行還在繼續，希望可以發現更多寶藏酒店，不枉出遊一趟。

The front desk service is good, hygienic and clean, the hotel environment is very good, not bad, the equipment, facilities and hardware are very good. I will come again next time. It is mainly close to the East Station and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk.

Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
