Little Lei at the front desk was very friendly, and the overall experience was extremely satisfying! The hotel’s sanitation was thorough, the rooms were clean and spotless, and the overall atmosphere was tidy and refreshing. The facilities and equipment were complete and state-of-the-art, with convenient and efficient facial recognition door access. The environment was serene and elegant. I specifically came to see the hotel Katy Perry booked. Right outside the entrance is a mid-way stop for the special bus line to the stadium, but I'd recommend going to Longhua Bus Terminal for a better chance of getting a seat. Katy Perry's concert was super high-energy, truly one of the top five, and made up for missing her 10 years ago. **Amenities**: The hotel is very smart. It has a 'Xiaodu' smart assistant that can control all room devices, and you can even use facial recognition to enter your room!

overall it is pretty good but location wise would need to travel for food or malls or anything to shop type. the service is good when you need help for the room or when you have questions or getting drinks from them. the breakfast isnt very good and also for cleanliness the floor of the room doesnt seem to be cleaned so its kind of always dirty.

The hotel offers complimentary snacks and unlimited drinks, plus robot delivery service, giving it a very modern and high-tech feel. The bedding in the room is quite comfortable. However, the open-plan sink area can be a bit noisy, and while the toilet is separate, it's not fully enclosed.
