The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?"

"The Riad is beautiful and my room was large, clean, with a good bed and a good shower. The staff were friendly and polite. However, the Riad's location was unsuitable for me. The Riad is very close to the tannery, so the smell of leather and animal excrement was very strong at breakfast. Furthermore, it's next to a mosque, and I woke up at 5:30 AM on the days I stayed there with the first call to Islamic prayer. Because it's in the Medina, the car can't reach the Riad's door, and we depended on porters who weren't Riad employees to help us with our luggage. The car managed to drop us off at a parking lot about 100 meters from the place, and that journey at night was quite dangerous for me. Also, on the day we left, the guy who carried our luggage got angry because he thought the amount we gave him (we gave the amount suggested by the Riad staff) was too low, and he started yelling insults at us, and we didn't understand anything. This scared me a lot because, besides the place seeming dangerous, I didn't understand his language and didn't know what he was capable of doing. I also didn't find the Riad's breakfast very tasty and it had few options."

"The Riad is really nice, well located with large, very comfortable rooms, HOWEVER we were the victim of a real scam. Meal at €27 per person, there were 6 of us. A bowl of basic soup, while a Moroccan salad was planned. a couscous without any flavor in the broth with vegetables semolina 1 piece of meat per person actually a little beef on a piece of bone. And like fruit desert. It was 3 times more expensive than in local restaurants and after 2 weeks in Morocco we noticed that it was much worse. The preparation of the couscous had been botched with products at the lowest cost. Unacceptable in a guest room of this level."

However, the lobby reeked of smoke, the decor in the room was basic and dark, the neighborhood was not great, and the breakfast was awful. In addition they accepted large groups for breakfast and it was hectic and very strict with the time you could eat."
