The stairwell is relatively narrow, and the waiter will help carry the luggage upstairs. The room hygiene, especially the bathroom, is more general and the stains are obvious. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable and sleep well. The breakfast looks very rich, you know, it is actually bread, jam, juice mint tea. The owner and staff love to interact.

After booking the hotel, I found out that it was recommended on lp. It takes about 10-15 minutes to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. Call the staff to tell the driver the address, and they will pick it up. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the blue gate. It is not clean and friendly. Staying smoothly and with a welcome mint tea and homemade Moroccan biscuits. The rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. It is especially commendable that the hot bath is awesome, but the indoor wifi signal is slightly weaker. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast combination changed a bit every day, very delicious. There is also a small sitting terrace on the upper floor, which shows a small mosque next door and a castle in the distance. Very recommended!

Super just location! Taxi is right to the entrance of Riad, don't need to go with bags on the narrow street of Medina. Entry into Medina right through the wall. Luxury Riad. Everything is very beautiful and stylish. Beds are excellent, pillows too. Breakfast is super! The staff are just wonderful and very very welcome. No hot water problems. Thank you for your rest. It didn 't prevent us from resting, but just know that through the wall of the Mosque with the morning calls you can hear.

Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

The hotel is very clean and good, and the price is very cheap. It is a better hotel in Fez. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied. I recommend everyone to stay.

A wonderful, cozy, and colorful hotel in the heart of Fez, in the Medina. It's about a 7-minute walk from the Blue Gate along the main street. Quiet. Beauty is everywhere, in every detail of the interior. Helpful staff. Always smiling. We had a suite, which opened right off the hall. The door to the room is a true work of art! The room itself is very colorful. Hot and cold water, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is Mediterranean style, with pastries and jam. There's a rooftop terrace. It's lovely to sit there in the evening. Thank you very much!

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️

The Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you. If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
