The best Riad in the old town of Fes is definitely this one! The public area is so beautiful, it's like living in a palace, definitely worth the experience! The only downside is that the classic and deluxe rooms are too small, and the soundproofing is very poor, maybe this is a common problem for Riads? The location is first-rate, you can walk around the old town as soon as you leave the hotel, highly recommended.

This is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

What made me very unhappy was that on the first morning, I knew that the B&B did not include breakfast, so I had already walked to the street when I ran into the boss, who stopped me and asked me why I didn't have breakfast, ”It's included”. Confirm it's included again and again, and then go back to the B&B for breakfast. As a result, when I left the store, I received an additional bill of 100 dirhams. The boss said it was your breakfast. Isn't the question repeatedly confirmed included? The boss began to use sign language to excuse him from not knowing English, and used Google to translate it into his language, and began to pretend that he was illiterate and unable to read. A private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

Facilities: The rooms are quite large for a riad, living up to their suite designation. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are bright. The common areas are truly stunning in Fès, worth a visit and photo opportunity, considering this 700-year-old building is truly breathtaking. However, since it's recently renovated, there's no need to worry about aging. The furniture and other amenities are made of exquisite materials, even featuring mother-of-pearl inlay. I stayed on a hot day, and the air conditioning in my deluxe room wasn't working properly, so I was upgraded to a family suite (all other room types were fully booked, demonstrating its popularity). Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, meeting five-star standards in the rooms, common areas, and restaurant. Ambience: The pictures show how beautiful the common areas are, with the mosaic walls, courtyard, greenery, and chairs all showcasing their craftsmanship. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, about a 15-minute walk from the parking lot. The hotel is also easy to find, as it's surrounded by alleyways. Remember to look for the hotel sign on the walls. Service: Overall, the service was excellent. The hotel staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful, and dining on the terrace offered unique views of the old city. However, the luggage transfer staff were not hotel employees, so you had to pay a separate fee (they worked hard to earn their fees, so paying them was fine; just contact the hotel in advance). Overall, highly recommended!

位置很好找，遠離一些太喧嘩的區域，距離主要景點不算近，但是步行穿梭在小巷子裏也是比較有樂趣的。中間庭院很大，有很高的樹，很漂亮，房間也算不下了。感覺房間裏是開了地暖的，冬天及時沒有開空調也覺得很暖和。馬桶開始是壞的，但是工作人員第二天就馬上修好了，第一天晚上衹能先用小桶接一下水沖廁所。浴室是帶泡澡池的，但是噴頭安裝位置太低了，衹能抻出來手持沖洗，但是太短了，衹能蹲着淋浴，特別不方便，水還算比較熱。閨蜜的房間是有高處固定位來固定噴頭的，但是他們的浴室在二樓很悶熱。早餐很豐盛，如果離開的特別早還會幫忙打包。牙刷牙膏、拖鞋記得問酒店要，沒有潤髮乳，最好自帶，印象中好像沒有吹風機，用的閨蜜自帶的。整體還行！

Amazing memorable experience that is worth to travelled for! Was lucky to snap up the last room on my travel dates. It was refurbished from a palace so there are alot of beauty still well kept within. There is a small pool and a rooftop dining area. Staff were hospitable and always there to help. Directions are well marked but also possible to get lost within.

Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress. Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool. Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome. The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.
