"My family and I had a lovely time during our stay at Riad Dar Elbellar. All staff are excellent and v helpful, especially Salma and Quisim. The owner Zac has ensured the Riad is beautifully decorated with a wonderful roof terrace where we enjoyed an evening meal (too hot to sit out during day). We also enjoyed having our breakfast in the indoor dining room (with air conditioning). We were in Fes for a birthday celebration, so didn’t do much sightseeing but staff can help book if you do want to explore Fes."

Amazing
AAAAprilThe best Riad in the old town of Fes is definitely this one! The public area is so beautiful, it's like living in a palace, definitely worth the experience!
The only downside is that the classic and deluxe rooms are too small, and the soundproofing is very poor, maybe this is a common problem for Riads?
The location is first-rate, you can walk around the old town as soon as you leave the hotel, highly recommended.

TTallie LemesThis is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

BBuruxujiadeshuikuWhat made me very unhappy was that on the first morning, I knew that the B&B did not include breakfast, so I had already walked to the street when I ran into the boss, who stopped me and asked me why I didn't have breakfast, ”It's included”. Confirm it's included again and again, and then go back to the B&B for breakfast. As a result, when I left the store, I received an additional bill of 100 dirhams. The boss said it was your breakfast. Isn't the question repeatedly confirmed included? The boss began to use sign language to excuse him from not knowing English, and used Google to translate it into his language, and began to pretend that he was illiterate and unable to read.
I'm very, very, very upset about that. It is not a matter of amount.

DDarrenA private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

- you need to walk to the riad it’s not accessible with a taxi ; once you get off the taxi it’s about a 6 min walk when you know where your going . There are directions but the first time in Medina , there will be people need the taxi haggling to help with your luggage and bring you ; it’s worth the 20MAD tip because it’s a max in the Medina.
- the view from the rooftop is amazing and the service was 10/10 for everything .

2206115****位置很好找，遠離一些太喧嘩的區域，距離主要景點不算近，但是步行穿梭在小巷子裏也是比較有樂趣的。中間庭院很大，有很高的樹，很漂亮，房間也算不下了。感覺房間裏是開了地暖的，冬天及時沒有開空調也覺得很暖和。馬桶開始是壞的，但是工作人員第二天就馬上修好了，第一天晚上衹能先用小桶接一下水沖廁所。浴室是帶泡澡池的，但是噴頭安裝位置太低了，衹能抻出來手持沖洗，但是太短了，衹能蹲着淋浴，特別不方便，水還算比較熱。閨蜜的房間是有高處固定位來固定噴頭的，但是他們的浴室在二樓很悶熱。早餐很豐盛，如果離開的特別早還會幫忙打包。牙刷牙膏、拖鞋記得問酒店要，沒有潤髮乳，最好自帶，印象中好像沒有吹風機，用的閨蜜自帶的。整體還行！

Ssy8888Amazing memorable experience that is worth to travelled for! Was lucky to snap up the last room on my travel dates. It was refurbished from a palace so there are alot of beauty still well kept within. There is a small pool and a rooftop dining area. Staff were hospitable and always there to help. Directions are well marked but also possible to get lost within.

OophrexGreat breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?

MMötley NüFCIf you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.
