RRevaleriThe villa is nice, spacious too, cm in the kitchen cupboard is a bit dirty as if it has never been cleaned. There are 2 zincs, one of which is blocked.
For the staff service is okay.
Breakfast is varied, interesting and delicious.

AalvnbThis is a nice hotel for healing. Very tranquil and beautiful location. I came here to experience the onsen and it was not dissapointing. The onsen started at 8pm, and while I was enjoying it I could see the night light. The cottage itself was very clean, there are no bugs, and complete amenities.

AAnonymous UserThe check-in process was fast without any problems without a deposit and the FO officers were very friendly. Room facilities need rejuvenation such as wall paint, worn out bed sheets and towels with holes, AC remotes that can't be used just because it's winter, we finally don't use AC. The pool functions normally and is quite clean, the breakfast menu is sufficient and has been refilled if it runs out. Check out is fast without any problems and without checking the room.

AAnonymous UserI'm writing this review based on facts, guys... This was my first time at the Azana hotel, and whether it was a coincidence or not, my stay was very uncomfortable because:
1. The lights kept going out, especially in the late afternoon/early evening (3rd floor).
2. The AC was probably dirty and needed cleaning, causing water to leak like a faucet, even if only for a short time, it was a strong gush.
3. The key card wouldn't open the door at night, meaning I had to go back down to the lobby.
4. There was no elevator access, so I had to carry my sleeping second child up and down the stairs.
5. The electricity went out at 11:30 AM, before check-out time, making packing hot and uncomfortable.
6. Parking was limited for both cars and motorcycles.
7. The hot water only worked for a short while.
Sorry about this, but I'm just giving an honest review based on my experience, with no intention to badmouth or anything else. Thank you! 🤗

GGuest UserThe room is spacious according to the reservation and is enough for 4 people. Cleanliness needs to be improved, the bed sheets, pillows are dull and have many yellow spots, the TV sometimes works sometimes not, only for national broadcasts, the bathroom smells fishy, it has been cleaned but the smell does not go away. The panoramic view is very good, the location is also strategic, on Sundays many people exercise and sell food around the villa.

MMuyassarohThe first impression when I came here, the place was a bit difficult to find. It was a bit difficult to find. It was a sway, and when I asked a few people around there, it turned out that people didn't know. I was confused, ************* finally someone found out and was given a direction of location.
The access to the entrance is not so wide if it is from the main road, parking is not easy for our vehicle. Parking is only enough for 3 cars. For example, the parking is right in front, there is a car behind it, then you have to unload the parking lot first.
The owner is friendly, the clerk in the service department is also ready to help. Unfortunately, the TV has trouble several times. The view of the pool is beautiful. The water in the heater bathroom works very well, and soap and shampoo are provided as well. Oh yes, we were also helped with the owner's son when we got out of the car, we're very grateful for that.
One of the great things from this place in our opinion is that it is very close to many good places to eat. Just walk from the inn. One is on the 3rd floor of the market among stone farmers. Lots of choices, delicious and affordable prices.
