"I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It's excellent, very close to the main square. Although it's a little hidden, this doesn't detract from the experience at all. Furthermore, the cost-benefit is outstanding; it's definitely worth the money. The receptionists are wonderful, always willing to help, and very polite. They always use a translation machine with audio and text to ensure clear communication. Every time I entered the hotel, they would greet me warmly. The service was consistent—every day they placed a small bottle of water in my room and replaced the toiletries. I initially stayed for two days and left because I had booked another hotel, but I couldn't stay long at the other one and ended up coming back here, which was the right decision. On my next trip, I will definitely book here again."

A very special shoutout to the amazing 管家 team: Max and Nan, who were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. There was also another 管家 who helped us greatly (so sorry I forgot his name!), but his service was just as outstanding. The entire team truly made us feel taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin—this hotel offers not just a great stay, but genuinely memorable service. 🌟"

"My travel companion and I loved our 5D4N hotel stay. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing in a classy way which elevates the experience. The hotel is very clean and well-managed by polite and helpful staff who assisted in different aspects of our stay, from enquiries, baggages and bookings to housekeeping and breakfast experience. What you see in the photos is what you get. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Excellent location: A minute's walk from Zhongyang Street and right next to the famed Laochujia restaurant and several other eateries. No lack of food and shopping day or night if you stay in this hotel. For those who prefer a slower day, it's a short walk from Lizzy to Zhaolin Park."

"We stayed at the Shangri-La Harbin Horizon Club for three nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Great location with easy access everywhere, clean room, friendly staff overall. A lovely Reception staff named Gao, Zhongpeng was extremely warm and helpful. I contacted her online prior to arrival; she not only changed a more suitable room type tailored for our family ( 2 adults and one 10 yr) than the original one I booked , but also answered all my questions patiently, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for the whole family trip."

"I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! The staff are welcoming and friendly, there is a tea and snacks area next to reception available for free all day. The rooms are modern and beautiful and have every amenity you could ask for. The shower has wonderful heat and water pressure. They provide water, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that is refilled daily. The location is very convenient, next to the Metro and just one block away from Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. They also have free laundry on the third floor available before 10pm. I only wish I could have stayed longer."
