Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

Fantastic hotel in a good location! We were very close to Central Street and St Sophia Cathedral, as well as the metro line to Sun Island and the Ice & Snow World. All of these were at most a 10 minute walk. The hotel was clean and the receptionists were helpful.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The staff provided good service and were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Having a convenience store nearby was a big plus and made daily needs easy to manage. Overall, the rooms were good and the stay was pleasant. Would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service.
