Echarm Plus Hotel (Harbin Zhongyang Dajie Suofeiya Cathedral)

The room's decor is elegant and unique. It's clean and doesn't have any strange odors. The staff are enthusiastic and the service is great, definitely recommend it. I'll be back again next time.

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Central Street and the internet-famous bridge. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were really welcoming, always greeting us proactively. It was a great experience!

The environment here is great – bright and spacious, and the location is fantastic. Many attractions are within walking distance, and it's super convenient to get to the morning market and other markets. Highly recommend for travelers! As for cleanliness, among all the hotels I've stayed in, this one's hygiene is top-notch for a 4-star. The only minor issue was a slightly frayed edge on a bathroom towel the first night, but everything else was excellent.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the environment was simple yet stylish, and the hotel's downtown location offered convenient transportation and great value for money. This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at across all the cities I've visited. I already like Yishang; I've stayed at their properties in Nanchang and Kunming, and they always have good locations and excellent service. This Yishang Plus in Harbin, however, is the best. Especially noteworthy is the 4th floor, which features Song-style aesthetic decor and even offers traditional clothing for guests. I took photos of my elderly mother there, and she was absolutely delighted. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied, and they even offer congee at night. It's incredibly close to the train station, Central Street, and Saint Sophia Cathedral.

This was my first time visiting Harbin with my son, and I was very satisfied with this hotel. The environment was great, and the service attitude was excellent. Most importantly, the location is superb, being very close to Central Street, and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean.

I had called many hotels initially, and when I reached this one, the front desk was very responsible and said they would make a note for us. It was provided promptly after we checked in, which made staying with a child much more reassuring. The entire room was smart-controlled, which my child loved. Although the room wasn't huge, it had everything we needed. There was a minor hiccup during our stay, but the housekeeping department handled it very well and even sent us a complimentary gift. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The service, from the front desk to housekeeping, was very thoughtful and accommodating.
