"The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, right after you turn the corner from a snack street. The surrounding area is bustling and great for exploring. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was offered a welcome drink, and check-in was quick. It rained almost every day during my 4-day stay in Wuhan, so I ordered a lot of takeout. The robot delivery service was super convenient. The cleaning staff were excellent; they even reminded us about the self-service laundry on the 15th floor. They also left us notes, snacks, and yogurt. There's complimentary water next to the elevator on every floor, which was a thoughtful touch. The lobby also has a library and a 'recharge station' with free coffee, tea, pastries, and snacks. I was very satisfied with my stay. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu changed daily and was delicious. I highly recommend this place!"

"This was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Jianghan Road Station, which serves both Metro Line 2 and Line 6. Plus, there are numerous bus routes right outside the door, and it's practically on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making transportation incredibly convenient. Many attractions like Bagongfangzi, Huanglipibo Road, and the Customs Clock Tower are nearby, and you're surrounded by shopping and dining options – super handy! The room was spotless. My daughter booked a spacious river-view double room for me, and when we later switched to a city-view room next door, it was just as lovely. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. When I couldn't figure out the TV remote during check-in, someone came to assist immediately. And on the third night when we moved rooms, a staff member helped me move my belongings, which was a really thoughtful touch! The room amenities were new, and the shower had plenty of hot water, making for a very comfortable wash. They also have a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant for controlling the TV and curtains, and robot delivery services. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining environment was pleasant. They even offer free porridge at 9:30 PM. Overall, my experience at Atour Hotel was excellent! Highly recommend!"

"I arrived and checked in past midnight and understood that room service was not available after 11pm. Ordered some item for delivery from *******. They managed to deliver an instant noodle hot pot to the hotel reception. But the robot delivery from reception to my room took around 30min which is not accepted. Wonder why it took so long for the robot to send the food up to my room. Even a local Chinese hotel without 4/5 stars rating can do better than this."

Service is the foundation of the hotel! Maybe our external environment is not very good, there is no elevator and you need to climb the 3rd floor, maybe our decoration is not the style you like, maybe because we are located in the most prosperous commercial street in Wuhan, the night market downstairs is open until the early morning, and our sound insulation is not very good! But what we can guarantee is that the guest rooms are clean and tidy, the sheets, quilts, bath towels, towels are changed for each guest, and the normal use of smart, projection and other guest room equipment! The most important thing is to make you feel at home! We provide free butler service, all kinds of items for you to use at home, and unlimited natural mineral water, ice water in summer, and warm water in winter. We serve every guest who stays in our hotel with our heart, and are determined to make every lovely guest leave the hotel happily. Thank you for taking the time to read this hotel introduction and have the opportunity to choose us. I hope we can meet in Wuhan and add a bit of warmth and convenience to your journey.

"Service: The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. They helped me with my luggage up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out. Complimentary iced water was also available at the front desk. Environment and Hygiene: The hotel is located a little way inside a residential compound. The entrance to the compound was a bit dirty, but it didn't really affect anything. The hotel rooms themselves were completely different from the external environment – very clean. My room had a large window overlooking the night market, which was very lively in the evenings. Once the stalls closed for the night, it became quite quiet, so it was good for sleeping. Location: It's right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The subway is only about 300-400 meters away, and it's just a 20-minute ride to Hankou Station, which made planning my itinerary very easy."

"I chose Tingtao No. 2 based on reviews saying its facilities were newer. However, the front desk service at Tingtao No. 2 truly has that state-owned enterprise vibe 🥹. Before arriving at the hotel, I couldn't find a walking route from the subway station to Tingtao No. 2 on my phone's map, so I called the front desk. To my surprise, their directions were completely wrong! At the time, a mature-sounding female voice from the front desk told me to take the 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage' after getting off the subway. But after exiting the subway, I couldn't find anything labeled 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage.' I called the front desk again under the scorching sun, and this mature-sounding female voice actually argued with me. Just then, after exiting the subway, Huangli Road appeared. I asked if I should just follow this road, and described the shop names I saw along the way, including whether to turn at intersections. This mature-sounding female voice from the front desk actually said she didn't know 🤷. I asked the front desk to transfer me to someone else. A younger female voice, with a much better attitude, then told me how to get there and seemed quite familiar with the surroundings. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, since the hotel is quite large, I saw there was an electric shuttle service. So I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle. After waiting for 3-5 minutes, no car came. I called the front desk again, and they gave me the driver's mobile number, telling me to contact the driver myself. I called the driver's phone, and then a fully loaded electric shuttle appeared in the distance, telling me that was the car. After I got on, it dropped me off at the back entrance of Tingtao No. 2 and then drove off. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs from the back entrance to reach the front desk of Tingtao No. 2 🥲. The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the facilities aren't old. During my stay, there were groups for conferences, training, and various activities, but it wasn't noisy. I apologize for having high expectations for the hotel, but I truly can't praise the front desk service. Perhaps the front desk at Tingtao No. 2 (especially an older female receptionist) thought my individual booking wasn't worth serving 🤣."
