"Our family had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai Hyland. You truly cannot beat the location! Right outside the door is Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly easy to step out for shopping and dining with the family. For quick snacks and essentials, there is a very convenient convenience store right on the other side of the property. Plus, the Metro station is only about two blocks away—a very easy, flat, and walkable distance, even if you are managing bags or traveling with kids. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. After a long day of walking around Shanghai, we always appreciated coming back to a room where the air conditioning was nice and cool. The bathroom was fully stocked with a complete set of amenities, so we didn't have to worry about missing any essentials. The daily breakfast buffet offered a great variety to start the morning. There was a fantastic selection of fresh breads, several coffee machines to keep the parents caffeinated, and an impressive mix of local Chinese cuisine and American classics. Tucked away at the end, you'll find the popular egg station, right next to the meatloaves and hot dim sum plus noodles. There was even a dedicated Korean station, which was a unique touch. The breakfast food is delicious, but the menu doesn't vary much from day to day. If you are staying for a week or longer like we did, it can feel a bit repetitive. We wished they would rotate the choices a bit more. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Between the unbeatable location, clean rooms, and extensive breakfast options, it’s a highly recommended, stress-free base for families visiting Shanghai!"

"The hotel was very clean and conveniently located for getting around. Everything was close by, especially the Natural History Museum. It was also very close to bus stops and the subway station, which was really handy. We could get to anywhere we wanted from 9:00 AM onwards easily."

"Location is prime, yet quiet enough for rest at night. Within minutes to the metro entrance and pedestrian street, lots of good food and late supper places. Front desk ladies very friendly and prompt to our every request and questions. Room cleaning staff were all courteous and efficient with the cleaning. The free washer and dryer services were a great feature, just that the hotel guests ended up queueing long hours for available machines. Thankfully the gym is right next to the laundry and we were able to exercise while waiting for laundry to be done. Recommended!"

The location was really convenient, with easy access to nearby metro stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and major attractions around Shanghai, which made getting around very simple. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very welcoming after long days exploring the city. A special mention to concierge worker Iris, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with directions, transport advice, and recommendations. Her friendly attitude genuinely made our experience better and made us feel very looked after. The rooms were comfortable, the service was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and convenient. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai."

"Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and even upgraded me to a deluxe room, giving me breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Environment: It's very close to the airport and super convenient for getting to Disneyland. Facilities: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. Hygiene: The room was clean and the bathroom had no strange odors. Highly recommend to everyone!"

"This Bund hotel stay was absolutely amazing! It's just a 5-minute walk to the riverside, and my room had floor-to-ceiling windows with a perfect view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' – I could watch the Oriental Pearl Tower light up at night right from my bed. The smart toilet and automatic curtains were super convenient, and soaking in the bathtub while enjoying the river view was just heavenly! The freshly baked croissants at breakfast were so good they were practically addictive. The rooftop bar had incredible night views, and the cocktails created a fantastic ambiance. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room and sent welcome fruits, and the robot delivering food was adorable. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally. Plus, free laundry and drying service was such a thoughtful touch! The location is unbeatable – Yu Garden and Nanjing Road are within walking distance, and the subway station is right outside. For around 400+ RMB per person, it felt like a thousand-yuan experience. As a detail-oriented person, I was completely won over. I'm definitely booking this place again on my next trip to Shanghai!"

Cleanliness: If the bed gets dirty, you don't need to change it yourself; there's a cleaning lady who will clean it very well. Environment: The room has a large window, which is really nice. "It's been a while since I've manually reviewed a hotel, but this one deserves a few words! The location is absolutely superb. Just cross the street, and you're right by the Bund, enjoying different views at different times of the day! There are also multiple bus stops and a tour bus stop right outside. I mostly used ride-sharing, and pickups/drop-offs were very convenient. The room facilities are excellent, definitely up to a 4-star or 5-diamond standard! The service was outstanding. The front desk staff kindly helped me print documents and send a package for free, and even provided a complimentary children's breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic! While the variety wasn't extensive, every item was exquisite – nothing seemed like filler, and staff were constantly checking and replenishing. My trip was quite rushed this time, but I'll definitely come back and stay longer next time I'm in Shanghai!"

The viewing experience was absolutely superb. Sitting by the window during the day, I could overlook the city streets of Shanghai, with a clear and open vista that put me in a wonderfully relaxed mood. As dusk fell in the evening, that's when the room truly shined. Lights gradually lit up on both banks, with the Oriental Pearl Tower and Lujiazui's skyscrapers glittering brightly. The entire Bund nightscape was laid out before my eyes. Leaning quietly against the bay window, watching the cruise ships slowly glide across the river, feeling the gentle evening breeze, the city's vibrant night view was completely breathtaking. All the fatigue from travel instantly vanished, creating an incredibly atmospheric experience and making for fantastic photos. The room itself was clean and tidy, warmly and comfortably furnished, with simple yet sophisticated decor. All essential amenities were provided, and the hygiene details were meticulously handled, making for a truly relaxing stay. Overall, it was a perfect stay. The excellent location, unique bay window river view, and incredible value for money. If you want to immerse yourself in the Bund's night view, choosing this panoramic king room is definitely a safe bet. I'll definitely be returning for my next trip to Shanghai!"
