Hotels with Breakfast in Surabaya

Our stay was absolutely delightful! As the hotel had only been open for a few days, everything felt incredibly new and fresh, from the ambiance to all the facilities. The breakfast was a winner – absolutely delicious with a fantastic array of authentic local Indonesian dishes. It's also very kid-friendly, with a playground that kept the children excited and entertained. Just a couple of minor points for consideration: the room amenities service might still be in its initial adaptation phase (for example, initially only one toothbrush was provided in the room) and the TV isn't a Smart TV yet. However, these are completely understandable for a newly opened hotel and didn't detract from our comfort at all. Overall, it was a very satisfying and highly recommended experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Facilities: Great, the room is beautiful, conveniently designed, clean, and comfortable. Service: The service is very warm, especially the restaurant staff. Environment: The restaurant is the biggest highlight, very beautiful, connected to the outdoor pool deck, and the plants around the pool are also great. The buffet at the restaurant is incredibly rich, comparable to a five-star hotel, with many small desserts. Overall, a hotel with excellent value for money.

Hotel is connected to a mall. Great location. Room is clean. Breakfast at Magnolia has an extensive spread. Quality of food is good, nice presentation and service by staff is excellent. Ambience at Club lounge is nice. What stands out most in this 5* hotel is the world class service rendered by all staff consistently. There is no staff that isn’t polite or helpful. Many go the extra mile to ensure that the hotel guests needs are well taken care of. Special thanks to Evan of the Club Lounge who attended to us when we checked in and Tian when we checked out, Bayu and colleagues (Conceige) who assisted us with ordering of Spikoe lapis cake and Bu Rudy, Lita and David (Magnolia) who served us at our table and Bastian and team for keeping the room clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

Second stay here and the consistency is solid. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — no drop in standards compared to my first visit. Service was smooth throughout. Special thanks to Joan for handling both check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. Quick, clear, and hassle-free. Location is very convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. We had a meal in Nishimura  is decent — not over the top, but reliable and well-managed. Overall, a dependable hotel that delivers consistently. Would return again.

The room is very bright thus enough light when its needed for me to work during my business trip. The breakfast have decent amount of choices. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future trip

This is my second time here. The staff are genuinely nice and will greet you every single time. I had an issue with the aircon not being cold enough. The technician, front desk are all very patient and attentive to my request. Reaction was quick and I also had a room change. The room is very spacious with a great view of the city. Amenities aplenty and will cater to your needs. I had a good three nights rest and a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was by far the most pleasant surprise of our entire Indonesia-Malaysia trip. Directly managed by the French Accor Group, it excelled in every aspect: decor, service, room amenities, location, and cleanliness. The rooms boast a modern yet stylish design, and all facilities are new and comprehensive. The surrounding area is fantastic, with numerous restaurants boasting Google Maps ratings above 4.7, plus popular chains like McDonald's, FamilyMart, and Pizza Hut. The food quality here is easily on par with what you'd find in Surabaya city center, but with much better traffic conditions. It's also only about a 30-minute drive from the airport. For travelers who aren't interested in exploring Surabaya's downtown areas like the Old Town or Chinatown, you could easily spend your entire time just wandering around the hotel's vicinity, as all your daily needs and amenities are readily available.

Very good hotel. The service and staff are some of the best i have seen so far. The taste of the food included in the breakfast is very good to. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping doesnt mess with your stuff when your not there. The only stuff i can think of this hotel could improve on is stuff others mentioned before already: Very loud traffic,some of the drivers think they are valentino rossi.. so some more soundproofing would be recommended. The airconditioning is ok in deluxe premiere and higher rooms,i booked a deluxe double wich ment me and my girl were being cooked alive but the staff upgraded our room to deluxe premiere for free wich was absolutely very nice of them. The water pressure is ok but could be a little higher. And the food despite tasting very good is being held warm on electri hotplates but they need to set these to a higher temperature for some of the food so that its still warm after it has left the kitchen. Final verdict: 4.5 stars out of 5 and would recommend this hotel to others but as foreigner who struggles with indonesian temperatures i recommend you book a deluxe premiere or better room.

Located in the heart of Surabaya, about a 10-minute walk from the department store. On the way, you'll pass some great sports shops. A simple breakfast is included (you can ask the staff to fry eggs, they're delicious!). The two male front desk staff were unhelpful and immediately said they couldn't assist with anything (very passive problem-solving), but the rest of the female staff went out of their way to help us with our issues!

One of the good hotels to try. Because there are many strategic places that sell cheap food and sungi because the location is in the middle of housing. The weather is cool and there is also a swimming pool. Suitable for families and couples for weekends or long holidays
