Really old facility without maintenance! Toilet water non stop running, Aircon not cool, shower head dirty, bedsheet not clean.

Kamar dan fasilitas baik. Namun sayang sekali hotel ini seperti kekurangan staff. Di pintu lobi tidak ada yang membantu, hanya 1 petugas xray. Koper dan tas harus angkat sendiri ke mesin xray. Saat checkin pun hanya 1 orang yang melayani.
Petugas restoran saat breakfast pun tidak menyambut dan kurang ramah.
