Great location,easy to get around it’s walking distance to the best food street ,all well known Nanjing cuisine can be found here Walking distance to wudingmen metro station to and from Nanjing station ,just few steps away we can position ourselves for didi /taxi The hotel is located in the area maintaining Traditional Chinese architecture , decoration and greenery ,great for photography we got the room with a beautiful backyard full of plants and blossoms of flowers and a tray of welcome tea after checked in, the bed and pillows are comfortable ,showers is nice and warm Light Chinese breakfast served is good enough to start a day and not too much for the delicious Nanjing lunch later on:-) The girls at front desk are very friendly and sweet they were always ready to help The owners I guess who were on night shift were polite and respectful Overall we had a great time here thank you

The service was excellent, truly outstanding. The room I was initially assigned faced a construction site, and they proactively warned me it might be noisy. I immediately mentioned my poor sleep quality and requested a room change. The hotel responded promptly, moving me to a quieter room diagonally opposite. They even provided earplugs and an eye mask. The front desk offers complimentary drinks like iced Americano and iced latte – I grabbed one every time I left or returned, which was perfect for beating the heat, quenching my thirst, and revitalizing myself. The room itself was spacious with a very practical layout. It also had screen casting and a robot for delivering meals, which was great for privacy. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert. The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!

This hotel was a hidden gem for my short trip – such a pleasant surprise! It's incredibly conveniently located near tourist attractions. The hotel itself is elegant, quiet, and peaceful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries and storage facilities were all complete. The staff, Mango, Orange, and Apple, were warm, friendly, and efficient in processing my check-in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Last May Day, we visited the Club Med in Taicang, and the GOs recommended the newly opened Club Med in Nanjing. This summer, I brought my child here for a weekend (three days, two nights) during the school holidays, and the experience was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! **Accommodation:** The rooms were clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The cleaning staff were very friendly and patient, always refilling our drinking water. The resort grounds are spacious and comfortable, with excellent natural surroundings. You can overlook the lake from the balcony, offering a wide and open view. **Activities:** There are plenty of facilities for play, both indoors and outdoors. We happened to be here during a heatwave, so we mostly opted for indoor activities. The indoor sports area includes basketball, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and rock climbing, as well as a 'parkour' area (similar to an adventure course) that my child loved, which we visited for two consecutive days. You can also book KTV sessions. When it's hot, you can also sit at the U Bar and play cards, which is very relaxing. Outdoor activities are also abundant. You can cross a bridge to 'Explore Park,' where you can try archery, kayaking, windsurfing, or even the 'flying trapeze.' However, the flying trapeze requires training, and you need to be able to hang from a bar with both hands for at least ten counts. Neither of us had that much grip strength (we could only manage up to five), so we just watched other 'experts' try it. Kayaking was quite nice; the lake water was clear, and there were little ducks swimming around. It's best to go in the late afternoon, around 5-6 pm, to avoid the intense sun for a better experience. My sister and I kayaked together, and circling the large lake wasn't tiring at all. It's suitable for mothers or older children with moderate physical fitness. **Service:** The butler service was online throughout our stay, with quick responses and smooth communication. Whether it was booking activities or requesting supplies, they responded and handled everything promptly. When we wanted a clothes drying rack for our swimwear on the balcony after swimming, it was provided very quickly, which was incredibly thoughtful and professional. Being peak summer holiday season, the restaurant entrance traffic was also managed efficiently; just stating your room number allowed for quick entry, which was very user-friendly. Here, you can shed your fatigue and quietly enjoy your holiday. I'm already planning to come back when the weather isn't so scorching (the 'furnace city' reputation is certainly well-deserved). **Two additional points:** There's an external food delivery pick-up point near the entrance, which is very convenient. I also loved the hotel's lighting fixtures; they were very artistic. Finally, a big thank you to our butler, KIKI Angel, for the excellent service!

A Delightful Stay at Nanjing Guildford Hotel My stay at Nanjing Guildford Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Nanjing. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple), the Qinhuai River, and Laomendong. It is also conveniently located for Nanjing South Railway Station, Nanjing Lukou International Airport, and Niushoushan. What impressed me most was the exceptionally high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Both the room and common areas were spotless and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. The room itself was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and much larger than I expected. There was plenty of room to relax, enjoy takeaway meals, or simply unwind while admiring the river view from the large windows. The smart room features added a modern touch to the experience. Using Xiao Du, I could conveniently control the curtains and lighting with voice commands. Every morning, opening the curtains to the beautiful river view and morning sunshine was a wonderful way to start the day. Another highlight was the deep soaking bathtub beside the window overlooking the river and flowering trees. Combined with the waterfall-style shower and automated toilet seat, the bathroom experience felt luxurious and relaxing. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive. I had several parcels and deliveries sent to the hotel before my arrival, and the team carefully received them and arranged for them to be delivered directly to my room. The hotel’s delivery robot was also efficient and convenient, providing notifications before arriving at the room. Combining excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, spacious rooms, smart technology, beautiful views, and a fantastic location, Nanjing Guildford Hotel exceeded my expectations. Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

The front desk lady was beautiful and kind. Even during the off-season, she arranged an upgrade for me. The room had a great view, and there was a CHAYAN YUE SE (tea shop) right across the street, along with many snack streets and malls. Everything for food, accommodation, and travel was covered. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Highly recommended.

I'd heard a lot about Buckingham, and seen plenty of negative reviews, so I decided to check it out myself. My experience was much better than expected. **Ambiance:** The decor is undeniably luxurious, with a lavish feel throughout the room. Even the toothbrush holder and tissue box are gold. The oversized circular bathtub would be fantastic for photos! **Service:** I'd read many complaints about the front desk service. When we visited, we only encountered a slight coldness, but it met basic expectations – it's not a true five-star, so decent service is fine. We asked the front desk for an extra quilt, and it was delivered promptly by a very enthusiastic auntie. **Hygiene:** The hygiene was acceptable; there were no obvious stains in the room. The extra quilt we requested did have some stains, but considering it was an additional item and would have a duvet cover, it was tolerable. The slippers in the room were very comfortable, and they provided thoughtful amenities like charging cables and a phone stand, which was great. However, the TV only had two channels, most facilities incurred extra charges, and food delivery wasn't allowed upstairs – these issues were also present. Overall, it's great value for money and I'd recommend it.
