Hotels with Breakfast in Basel

The hotel is located right next to the SBB station, making transportation within and outside Basel very convenient. There's a large supermarket right next door and in the station's basement. Unlike other European cities, the area around the station is relatively safe, so it's not dangerous. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, and the famous breakfast restaurant is beautiful. The breakfast food is good, but the selection isn't extensive. The interior is classic, but not outdated! It's clean, stylish, and friendly. I would definitely return!

Location across from main train station and tram outside hotel entrance is perfect for exploring Basel if you are on there for a short time. Outside dining area to sit and watch the world go by. Lobby bar area with piano player in the evening is lovely. Room wasn’t the biggest and you could only get into the bed on one side as it was up against the wall. Friends room was bigger so luck of the draw I guess as I booked two rooms of the same style. Rooms were clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Water in the fridge refreshed daily was a pleasant suprise together with coffee and tea facilities. Very good big shower though. Reception and Bar staff helpful and friendly. Didn’t eat in the dining room but they offered discount on menu prices to residents. Would stay again.

We were just passing through. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff. It was a hot day, so they took a window to our room. You don't have to pay for that. Everything else in the hotel was a bit pricey. But we had a great night!

The hotel is located at a beautiful neighborhood and it is very convenient. On top of that, staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The facilities were clean,housekeeping were friendly and respectful,wi fi was very functional,Bartenders and receptionist were friendly and helpful,i wont forget Rufat and Melina for their kind gestures at the bar.😊

Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market.

It was hot….i mean super hot and ventilation was non existent. I also have a leg problem and was given a room with only a top bunk. I found a way to make it work. It was one night only. Bright spot was lovely breakfast at 6am which was a nice treat.  It is difficult to find the hostel unless you know what you’re looking for.

Very hot on the top floor, no air conditioning

The room was clean, we have a bunkbed, double bed with a single bunkbed. The toilet is separated, the shower room is very tiny, not much room to move around inside. No hair dryer is provided. There is a small TV in the room where the channels are quite many in France and some in English. Our towels were changed daily and our bed also being done daily during our stay. The hotel is in good location, there is a tram stop nearby, also we can just walk around 15 minutes to the main train station and it was safe during the night and even early morning. The nearest supermarket is COOP and it is around around 5-10 minutes, you can see the COOP office building from the hotel and still need to walk straight from it.

Had a wonderful stay at B&B HOTEL Basel! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The rooms were cozy and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of travelling around Switzerland. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. Great value for money in Basel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Basel!
