Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the price paid.
Upon arrival, I found several curly hairs on one of the towels provided. This was particularly unpleasant and raised concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards, as it appeared the towel had either not been properly cleaned or had come into contact with someone else’s hair before being given to me.
The advertised “view” was simply another building directly opposite the room, with a clear view into other people’s rooms and vice versa. As a result, I had to keep the curtains closed throughout my stay for privacy, which meant I could not enjoy any natural light or any view at all.
There was also no iron available in the room, which was inconvenient.
In addition, both the check in and check out experiences were disappointing. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and did not make me feel welcome.
Overall, the cleanliness, service and facilities fell well below what I would expect, particularly for the price charged. Finding curly hair on a supposedly clean towel, combined with the lack of privacy and poor customer service, left me disappointed with the overall experience.
