This hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE.

Excellent hotel, all at height ... The room is spacious according to Switzerland's standards. Excellent location. Good breakfast.Issued Basel Card: free transportation and 50% discount in museums, theatres and almost everything.In the room the delicious Swiss apples waited for us. On the recession water and fruit every day.

We were just passing through. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff. It was a hot day, so they took a window to our room. You don't have to pay for that. Everything else in the hotel was a bit pricey. But we had a great night!

Our first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station. It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance. There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch. The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard. Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out. Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. There's a self-service water dispenser in the hallway with free drinking water. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, within walking distance.

The hotel is located at a beautiful neighborhood and it is very convenient. On top of that, staffs are very helpful and friendly.

A very satisfactory hotel, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable in Europe, highly recommended. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Basel itself is also a beautiful city and worth visiting.

The room itself is OK, the location is OK. But because there is no air conditioning, it is still a bit stuffy at night, you can find the front desk to borrow an electric fan, Dyson, but there is no remote control, the wind speed is the most noisy. I saw a toothbrush before booking but no. The point is to find two earplugs when looking for a toothbrush! I am curious why the hotel provides this, and I will know it at night. That is noisy, upstairs is the hotel's bar and breakfast room, either the sound of moving tables and chairs or playing music, what is more terrible is that the two street bars in front and back of the hotel are open, all kinds of sounds, music, screaming, roaring... 4:30 in the morning is not over, crazy, Except for children, adults can still sleep. It's useless to take sleeping pills. Extremely not recommended this one.

Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market.

There is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.
