Llyjwj****This hotel was a great value for our stopover from France to Zurich, Switzerland. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, with lovely views of the Basel cityscape from the window. The hotel's decor felt very refined and elegant throughout. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and very plentiful! All the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE.

Good breakfast.Issued Basel Card: free transportation and 50% discount in museums, theatres and almost everything.In the room the delicious Swiss apples waited for us. On the recession water and fruit every day.

MM221808****The hotel is right across from the station, making transportation very convenient. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious!
The shower gel and shampoo were the best I've used in hotels of this class.

The main issue is that the front desk charged a 100 franc deposit, and it still hasn't been refunded after more than ten days. There's no one to complain to, they just keep saying to wait, claiming it takes 14 business days for a refund!

AAnna801Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself looks nice and the location is just outside the main touristic areas. Parking area is inconvenient and difficult to figure out. It took awhile for the Staff to explain clearly. The room itself was a bit small. And the airconditioning/ventilation wasn’t working well.

GGuest UserThere is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.
