Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The property was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly memorable experience.

The elevator is too old and slow, waiting time up to 10mins. Salad in breakfast is not fresh

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for a short trip and had a good overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a decent variety and the hotel location made it easy to get around the city. A solid choice for a comfortable stay in Bandung.
