The room was very clean, just a bit on the small side. The facilities and equipment were new, and there was hardly any strange smell. However, there wasn't a separate non-smoking floor, so occasionally we'd catch a whiff of cigarette smoke. The staff kindly provided us with an air purifier. The breakfast was incredibly rich and featured delicious Arabian cuisine. Our room was close to the road, and the noise from street racing at night was quite disruptive, which would be very inconvenient for families with babies. Despite these minor drawbacks, this is a hotel that truly excels in putting people first. No matter how well a hotel is renovated, it can never be absolutely perfect. Yet, any imperfections here were completely overshadowed by the staff's incredible warmth and enthusiasm. It makes me want to stay here again whenever I'm back in Yiwu.

My overall experience at Jindu Hotel was fantastic! As soon as I got out of the car, the greeter helped me open the door, carry my luggage, and even store it. They also provide breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea here, and the food selection is amazing – everything is fresh, no pre-made dishes, and it all looks, smells, and tastes great. The room was super clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi connected automatically, which was so convenient and felt really upscale and clean. I'll definitely recommend my friends to stay here next time. Traveling to Yiwu with my family this time, overall, this hotel was pretty good. It's conveniently located right across from Santian Road Night Market and offers free ground parking. The service was very warm and welcoming, and check-in was quite efficient. The cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless. However, since it's in a busy area, it can get a bit noisy. But the hotel was very thoughtful and provided complimentary earplugs and eye masks, which was a nice touch. So, all in all, it was still a great stay.

Five stars, highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Yiwu International Trade Center! My business stay here far exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, right next to the International Trade City, making market sourcing incredibly convenient. Parking downstairs is free, so driving yourself is stress-free. The lobby on the 37th floor boasts stunning panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible views – overlooking Futian Wetland Park by day and the city's nightscape by night. The ambiance is stylish and sophisticated, quiet and peaceful. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, cleverly designed with a separate seating area, and equipped with a private microwave, refrigerator, and capsule coffee machine, making them as convenient as a small apartment – perfect for longer business trips. The entire room was meticulously clean. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the mattress is perfectly soft, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The service throughout was attentive and efficient; check-in at the front desk was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and friendly, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, with freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, and baked goods all available. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour self-service beverage bar, a gym, and a self-service laundry room, making it easy to refresh and relax during business travel. The overall hardware, service, and location are impeccable. This is my top choice for business trips or sourcing in Yiwu, and I will definitely stay here again!

Went on a self-driving trip to Yiwu with friends and it was getting pretty late, so we just randomly searched for a hotel nearby. Surprisingly, it was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious, which is a rare find in new hotels these days. The service was thoughtful; I asked for an extra kids' toothbrush and the front desk happily gave it to me. The breakfast spread was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yiwu.

1. When I got to my room, there were long hairs in the bathroom sink. 2. The breakfast was much worse than what you'd find at a Marriott Fairfield, even though the prices are similar. For such a well-designed hotel with great facilities, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. The service was awful. I wanted to eat noodles, and it was the first time I'd seen cooked 3cm noodles in soup that looked like someone's leftovers. Many people just want a warm bowl of noodle soup in the morning to comfort their stomach. I asked for a fresh bowl, but the server didn't seem to understand and was quite stubborn, saying, 'Didn't I just tell you this was freshly made?' The person who came over next, presumably a supervisor, was also very reluctant... It's like they want you to shout to get anything done, and I'm not that kind of person. So, I just gave up, didn't eat there, and went to McDonald's instead. This kind of service attitude is hard to reconcile with a Wyndham property; it's definitely worse than the one in Wenzhou. As someone who stays in hotels 100 days a year, I find this standard unacceptable; it's far worse than services at Huazhu Hotels and similar chains. What a waste of such nice decor. Such good hardware and facilities in this complex are let down by terrible service and a lazy, careless team. It's hard to trust them. I recommend strengthening management. I also hope your company flourishes.

I only stayed one day at the Yiwu Marriott, but Kiko's service made it feel incredibly worthwhile. I met her during check-in. Seeing me tired with my luggage, she proactively offered to check if there was a quieter room available. She ended up upgrading me for free and even specifically asked housekeeping to provide two extra bottles of water. Upon entering the room, I found the view from the window to be excellent, which was a pleasant surprise. In the afternoon, while relaxing in the lounge, Kiko came over and handed me a cup of ginger tea, saying, 'Have something warm.' I casually mentioned wanting to explore but not knowing where to go. She immediately pulled out her phone and diligently helped me plan a small itinerary – Futang Old Street and the Brown Sugar Factory – with no backtracking, and even clearly marked the taxi pick-up spots. The next day at check-out, I asked about the best way to get to the high-speed train station. She said, 'Let me hail a car for you,' and after arranging it, she wrote down the license plate number and estimated time on a note and handed it to me. The entire process was natural and thoughtful, without any pretense. It's these small things that make you feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Kiko.
