Exceeded expectations. **Ambiance:** As it's newly renovated, the environment is definitely top-notch in all aspects. **Service:** From check-in at the front desk to all the staff, everyone was polite and enthusiastic. **Food:** Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, plus a small noodle station. The taste and service far exceeded what you'd expect from a hotel at this price point. **Other:** There were many great little details, like bottled water available for guests to grab by the elevators, and a welcome fruit platter upon check-in. I would definitely book again on my next visit.

Yesterday's breakfast was disappointing, so I went back down at 9 AM today for breakfast. I was hoping for some traditional breakfast steamed buns (baozi). There was still an hour left until closing, and I asked the chef if there were any buns. I saw two large steamers, one with five or six plain steamed buns, and the other remained covered. The chef replied that they were all gone. Well, there was nothing I could do, so I ate some other things, which I didn't particularly enjoy, and had a coffee. I thought I'd check again for buns on my way out. Forty minutes later, it was still the same. So I called over what I assume was the floor manager, dressed in black. I told him I'd waited forty minutes for buns and hadn't gotten any. The manager asked the chef, who said no. Then, after seeing me leave, he made a phone call and said there were still some downstairs and that if I wanted them, someone would bring them up later. This is truly laughable. It's a five-star hotel, and I paid for my breakfast, but I don't even deserve a steamed bun? I think if I were the floor manager, I would have apologized first. Then, regardless of whether the guest had eaten their fill or not, I would have asked for their room number and personally brought a few buns to their room later, perhaps even with some drinks and fruit. I believe that kind of service is what truly befits a qualified five-star hotel.

This hotel is part of the O.C.E.A.N. series' 'light luxury' collection and boasts an excellent location. It's just a five to six-minute drive or taxi ride to the Yiwu International Trade City (District 1). Step out of the hotel, cross the pedestrian bridge, and you're at the San Ting Road Night Market. Both Sultan Turkish Restaurant and Jimão Huà Táng (a local specialty shop) are only a five to six-minute walk away. It's truly the best location in the Binwang Road area! Since this trip was with elderly family members and children, I called the hotel a day in advance to request two adjoining rooms. Upon arrival the next day, the hotel kindly upgraded one of our rooms, fulfilling our request! It's an internationally-friendly hotel, and while the breakfast is served in a Halal restaurant, the variety is extensive. It offers a rich, healthy, and delicious array of exotic flavors. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yiwu for a pleasant shopping experience!

I came to Yiwu to visit the trade city and compared several hotels in the area. I'm so glad I chose Cai, because staying here felt like the absolute right decision. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to phases 2 and 3 of the trade city, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, and every little detail is meticulously maintained, showing how dedicated the hotel management is. The front desk service was gentle, polite, and enthusiastically attentive – truly impeccable! The room was clean and bright with good lighting. The hotel's voice-controlled butler was very convenient. The space was just right, with a well-organized layout. The bathroom had a clean wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and of decent quality. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, offering a full range of Chinese simple meals. The congee was warm and comforting for the stomach, and the pastries were soft and delicious, freshly made daily. The taste was truly outstanding! For the price, considering the overall service, environment, and facilities, it far surpassed competitors in the same price range. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay; it was comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it and will definitely rebook for future trips.

The lobby on the 37th floor offers fantastic views, and the staff are incredibly nice. The personalized butler service was great; they arranged a room exactly to my liking and even upgraded me, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also included afternoon tea, cocktails, and a late-night snack, which was a nice bonus. It's very convenient, as you can walk to Gate 12 of Phase 1 of the Commercial City.

The staff were so gentle and enthusiastic. When we came back from an outing, they even gave us afternoon tea vouchers, so we could enjoy some delicate pastries while we waited. Upon check-out, they presented us with local specialty snacks. There were pleasant surprises throughout our entire stay. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The biggest surprise about staying at this hotel was its proximity to Futian Park, which allowed for leisurely strolls and scenic views anytime. The room was bright and impeccably clean, with soft bedding. The breakfast offered a wide variety of good quality options. It's definitely worth another visit. The butler service was patient and attentive, and the surrounding area had convenient dining options, a peaceful environment, and was suitable for both travel and leisure. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

Facilities: To be honest, the decor looks quite trendy, but the carpets and such felt a bit old and worn. Hygiene: Because it was old, it didn't feel very clean. I started sneezing as soon as I entered the room. Later, when I went to a nearby mall, I suspect it was due to plush toys, and my rhinitis flared up. Environment: It's directly opposite Yiwu Heart, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was pretty good, probably because it was a weekend. The room, however, felt a bit small. Service: The service was excellent. They arranged a room away from the street for us and provided disposable toiletries and slippers for the child. Any issues were addressed very quickly.

The room was great! Although it's an older property, I hesitated a bit when booking, but decided to trust Marriott, and I'm glad I did. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the service was excellent. I asked the front desk for a late checkout and they happily granted it, and even upgraded my room type. I'll definitely stay at Marriott again next time I'm in town!

Check-in was super quick, and when I asked them about a few things, they were very patient and helpful. They even gave me complimentary breakfast, which was surprisingly elaborate for a non-chain hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and I felt really comfortable. I was delayed checking out due to an unexpected issue, but the front desk kindly extended my check-out by half an hour, giving me enough time to pack.
