"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I am really satisfied with my experience. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location. The hotel is very close to Futian Market, which made shopping and business activities extremely convenient. It only takes a short time to reach the market, saving a lot of energy and time. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well organized. What impressed me the most was the housekeeping service. The room was cleaned very carefully every single day. Everything was refreshed daily, the room always felt fresh, towels were replaced, and everything was arranged neatly. After a long and busy day, it was very relaxing to come back to such a clean and comfortable room. Another thing I really enjoyed was the breakfast. Breakfast every morning was delicious and gave a great start to the day. I especially liked the pancakes— they were soft, fresh, and very tasty. I also enjoyed the eggs served during breakfast. Having these every morning became one of my favorite parts of staying here. The breakfast had good variety and made the overall experience even better. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to rest well after long days. Everything was maintained properly and the overall atmosphere felt pleasant and relaxing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area, especially people who plan to visit Futian Market. I would gladly stay here again in the future."

"My stay this time wasn't great, mainly due to two issues: 1. **Room Hardware Problem:** When I took a shower at night, I found the drain was completely blocked. The water wouldn't go down at all, and within a few minutes, it overflowed the shower stall, flooding the entire bathroom floor. I hope the hotel can regularly check and unblock drains. 2. **Breakfast Service Issue:** This one needs to be highlighted. In the morning, while having breakfast downstairs, an older lady working at one of the food stations had an extremely poor attitude. When I asked her questions, she was unresponsive and dismissive, not even giving me noodles, acting as if I owed her money. I was hoping to start my day with a pleasant breakfast, but instead, I ended up infuriated. As a service industry, basic politeness and a good attitude should be a given, right? Overall, the room issue is understandable, but poor service attitude is truly unacceptable. I hope the hotel provides training for its staff. I won't be considering this hotel again in the future. The 2.5-star rating is given to the breakfast manager and the housekeeping manager, whose attitudes were sincere; however, the training for the lower-level service staff definitely needs to be strengthened!"

"The staff was super friendly even they did not speak any english they tried the best to be nice and kind, the room was super clean and very modern. Breakfast was only ok, but for the price of the night it was well worth it, i had to extend the night. I am very pleased."

Yiwu, known as the 'Small Commodities Capital of the World,' is full of thoughtful details everywhere you look, and the Global Hotel truly embodies this attentiveness in every aspect of its service. Upon checking in, I was immediately drawn to the whimsical children's area by the window in the lobby. The retro motorcycle-shaped drink cabinet created a fantastic ambiance, and next to it, display shelves were filled with exquisite beverages. A nearby round table neatly showcased a variety of adorable blind boxes and small toys for children, all beautifully colored and diverse in style. It was clear the hotel had specially prepared these exclusive treats for children visiting during the summer holiday. With it being peak summer travel season for families, many parents with kids were passing through, and every child who walked past the counter couldn't tear their eyes away, their faces beaming with joy. My own child couldn't join me on this trip, and as I walked through the lobby, looking at the dazzling array of children's gifts, I thought about how much my little one would love them. When I checked out, I decided to try my luck and asked the front desk staff if I could have a blind box as a souvenir to take home. I initially thought these gifts were only for children staying at the hotel and expected to be politely declined. To my surprise, after hearing my request, the front desk staff didn't hesitate for a moment. They readily agreed to my request and even carefully selected a popular toy blind box for me. The staff member kindly told me that the hotel's original intention in preparing these small gifts was to bring joy to every child. As long as the children were happy, this gesture was worthwhile. That simple sentence instantly touched my heart. There were no rigid rules or inflexible regulations; they genuinely put themselves in the guest's shoes. This kind of understanding and generosity is truly rare and commendable. The entire hotel environment was also impeccable. The 5th-floor lobby was bright and spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the greenery outside. The marble floors were spotless and shiny, and the common areas were neat and elegant. Rose sparkling water and various bottled drinks were neatly arranged in the beverage cabinet, and exquisite soft furnishings were visible everywhere, making it very photogenic. Our room was on a higher floor, offering expansive views from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the basic amenities were complete. After a long day of sourcing and traveling, returning to the room always allowed me to shake off my fatigue. What touched me even more was the hotel's human-centered service philosophy. It wasn't just about standardized procedures, but more about genuine kindness from the heart. In Yiwu, a city known for its inclusivity and warmth, the Global Hotel perfectly embodies the local spirit of generosity and hospitality. They are not stingy with small surprises for guests and genuinely care about their guests' smallest wishes. Compared to many hotels I've stayed in, it's rare to encounter such flexible and empathetic service. This stay far exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the hardware, the facilities, or the sincere and attentive service from the staff, everything was flawless. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families with children. The next time I come to Yiwu, I will definitely choose the Global Hotel again and will recommend it to my friends with kids!"
