"Come to Yiwu during the summer vacation to explore the world. When a family comes out for a trip, choosing this one is really the right choice! The staff is particularly considerate, proactively pushing nearby attractions, specialty foods, and night market locations in advance, saving the trouble of making your own guides, and making you feel warm even before checking in. Upon arrival, someone will guide parking and assist with luggage handling, while the lobby will provide snacks and drinks at any time. Enjoy the joy of Pepsi with ice, the service is warm and polite, and the whole process is full of smiles. The location is excellent, adjacent to the commercial city and night market, making it particularly convenient to go shopping. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was decent, and the family slept soundly and soundly. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western cuisine. Purry Dosa has a unique flavor and the service is meticulous and attentive. The whole stay experience was impeccable, with excellent value for money. Next time you come to Yiwu for shopping and tourism, this is still your first choice!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Miss Iris, who truly made our stay exceptional. She kindly upgraded our room, which made our trip even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, patiently answering all of my questions and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Every time I had a problem, I simply reached out to her, and it was solved right away. She also made both the check-in and check-out process quick and effortless. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness are a real credit to the hotel. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. My absolute favorite part of the hotel was the Executive Lounge. It became my go-to place to relax, work, and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and the view is simply the best in town. It’s the perfect space if you want to unwind or get some work done. While I wasn’t particularly impressed with the swimming pool and sauna (I have experienced better facilities at other hotels) but the gym definitely made up for it. It was well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Reformer Pilates machines, which is something you don’t often see in hotel gyms. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The outstanding service, especially from Miss Iris, the excellent food, and the Executive Lounge made this a memorable experience. "I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy, and when I needed anything, a quick call to the front desk got it delivered promptly. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich and diverse, thoughtfully catering to foreign guests, which was a nice touch. It's incredibly convenient to get to both the Sansanlu Night Market and Korea Town, with public buses and the subway right outside, and taxis are easily available at the doorstep. A special mention goes to the fact that just across a pedestrian bridge is the Yiwu International Trade City District 1, making it super convenient for shopping. When you get tired, you can just head back to the hotel to rest. I'm extremely satisfied with this trip! The front desk lady even gave me a souvenir when I checked out."

"I came to Yiwu to visit the trade city and compared several hotels in the area. I'm so glad I chose Cai, because staying here felt like the absolute right decision. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to phases 2 and 3 of the trade city, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, and every little detail is meticulously maintained, showing how dedicated the hotel management is. The front desk service was gentle, polite, and enthusiastically attentive – truly impeccable! The room was clean and bright with good lighting. The hotel's voice-controlled butler was very convenient. The space was just right, with a well-organized layout. The bathroom had a clean wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and of decent quality. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, offering a full range of Chinese simple meals. The congee was warm and comforting for the stomach, and the pastries were soft and delicious, freshly made daily. The taste was truly outstanding! For the price, considering the overall service, environment, and facilities, it far surpassed competitors in the same price range. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay; it was comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it and will definitely rebook for future trips."

"This hotel is a real gem! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, and they even upgraded my room and included breakfast. The room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the restaurant was quite large. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Santing Night Market, and while you need a taxi to get to the Trade City, I realized after arriving that hotels within walking distance of Districts 1-6 for shopping were hard to come by. So, choosing Mercure was a fantastic decision! I was so happy that I immediately extended my stay for another night. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent."

"My recent stay at the Yiwu Global Hotel was initially just a routine business trip, but thanks to the staff's thoughtful and attentive service, I was truly touched and had an excellent experience throughout. I genuinely want to give this hotel a comprehensive five-star recommendation! I stayed in room 9007. During my stay, I ordered food through a delivery app, and the order page showed that it had been successfully delivered. However, after waiting for a long time in my room, I never received a delivery notification and couldn't find my food. I became quite anxious. Since I wasn't familiar with the hotel's food delivery storage policy and didn't want to go downstairs blindly searching, I immediately called the front desk for assistance. When the call connected, the staff member was incredibly gentle and patient, showing no signs of perfunctoriness or impatience. They listened carefully to my problem. After I explained that the delivery showed as completed but I couldn't find my food, the staff member immediately calmed me down, telling me not to worry and assuring me they would verify and handle it right away. This completely alleviated my anxiety. After hanging up, the staff member didn't ask me to go downstairs myself or simply tell me the storage location to handle it on my own. Instead, they proactively resolved the issue for me. The staff quickly checked the delivery records and confirmed that the delivery driver had placed all food orders in the hotel's delivery locker on the first floor. Considering that I was on a high floor and it would be inconvenient for me to retrieve the food, the staff member specially went to the first-floor locker themselves, carefully verifying the information and accurately finding my order. The entire process was efficient and meticulous. Just a few minutes later, the staff member delivered the perfectly intact food directly to my room door and handed it to me personally. The whole process was handled smoothly and promptly. From reporting the problem to resolving it, I didn't have to worry about a thing, and my urgent need was perfectly met. What moved me the most was that the hotel's service truly demonstrated empathy, fully understanding the inconvenience guests might face when traveling and picking up food, treating a guest's small matter as a significant one. At many hotels today, staff would usually just direct guests to handle such issues themselves, but the service at this hotel was full of warmth and attention to detail. The sincere and caring service from the staff made me, a stranger in a foreign place, feel incredibly warm and secure. It's in the small details that true quality shines through; a simple food delivery incident perfectly showcased the hotel's excellent service quality and people-oriented service philosophy. When staying at a good hotel, a comfortable environment is fundamental, but warm service is the most valuable bonus. Yiwu Global Hotel not only has a clean and comfortable environment and an excellent living experience but also boasts a group of diligent, responsible, and meticulous staff. "Hello! The 2.0 new store experience is fantastic. The Chinese red decor creates a wonderful ambiance, and the rooms are clean and cozy. Parking is free, and breakfast is delicious – especially the freshly made sandwiches, which are superb. Luggage storage is convenient, and all services are top-notch. It's also located right by Inventory Street, which is great for some limited-time browsing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"Next time I visit, I'll probably choose this place again. The only downside might be that you have to walk a bit to find late-night snacks, but everything else was great. The room was very spacious; there were four of us – two adults and kids aged 13 and 10. We pushed the twin beds together, and it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The shower water was also very nice. The breakfast was quite ample, with hot food stations. I felt the restaurant supervisor was very responsible, constantly ensuring cleaners cleared tables and the kitchen replenished food. Even with the crowds during the May Day holiday, we always found a seat during peak times. The hot food options like mini wontons and rice noodles were good. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's literally just a two-minute walk to the corridors of Districts 3 and 2. Shopping for stationery, luggage, and outdoor gear is right outside the door. So, on our last day, before checking out, we spent another 30 minutes stocking up. For Districts 1 and 6, we drove. Although it's not very far, parking is convenient at the trade city, so we preferred to save our energy for walking inside the mall rather than trekking through District 2."

"I travel frequently every year and stay in many hotels, but I rarely write reviews. However, I have to say that the service and environment at Yindu Hotel were exceptional. On our first night, we stayed at another hotel, which wasn't a good experience. The room had an overpowering perfume smell, so we just endured it for one night. The next day, we switched to Yindu. Although the prices were similar, the quality was absolutely incomparable. The front desk staff at Yindu even upgraded us to an executive floor when they saw we were traveling with a child. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making the room very quiet. The DD service was also very thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is superb, making it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! Plus, it's super close to the night market, which is incredibly convenient."
