"Good business hotel , near from futian market and lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby . The rooms are relatively good compared to the price . One issue I had was that some of the staff wasn’t very friendly. I asked for some extra bottles of water and I was met with sarcasm that I couldn’t drink that much in one day !!!"

Upon arrival, someone will guide parking and assist with luggage handling, while the lobby will provide snacks and drinks at any time. Enjoy the joy of Pepsi with ice, the service is warm and polite, and the whole process is full of smiles. The location is excellent, adjacent to the commercial city and night market, making it particularly convenient to go shopping. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was decent, and the family slept soundly and soundly. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western cuisine. Purry Dosa has a unique flavor and the service is meticulous and attentive. The whole stay experience was impeccable, with excellent value for money. Next time you come to Yiwu for shopping and tourism, this is still your first choice!"

"This hotel is a real gem! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, and they even upgraded my room and included breakfast. The room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the restaurant was quite large. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Santing Night Market, and while you need a taxi to get to the Trade City, I realized after arriving that hotels within walking distance of Districts 1-6 for shopping were hard to come by. So, choosing Mercure was a fantastic decision! I was so happy that I immediately extended my stay for another night. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent."

However, the hotel staff's incredibly thoughtful, efficient, and responsible service left me with a perfect experience, and I couldn't help but write this heartfelt positive review! Before my trip, I had a large number of online purchases delivered to the hotel's B0 level, planning to pick them up and use them during my stay. But due to the unexpected itinerary change, my travel plans were altered, and I couldn't check in on time, leaving numerous packages at the hotel that I couldn't personally retrieve. The issue of how to handle these multiple packages immediately made me anxious; with so many items of varying types, self-handling would be very troublesome, and traveling back and forth from another location was simply not feasible. Taking a chance, I immediately contacted the hotel staff and explained my special situation, requesting that all stored packages be located, packed, and forwarded to a new address. I expected such a non-standard, additional request would be complicated and likely rejected, but to my surprise, the staff member was incredibly thoughtful, promptly accepted the request, and proactively and patiently handled my unique needs throughout the entire process. After clarifying my request and recipient information, the staff member wasted no time and immediately went to the storage area on the hotel's B0 level. Following all the shipping information I provided, they meticulously searched for and verified each package one by one. Because there were many stored items, finding, verifying, and categorizing them required a lot of time and effort, but the staff member was thorough and organized throughout, not missing a single item, and successfully helped me gather all the stored packages. After locating all the packages, the staff member did not handle them carelessly but followed up on all subsequent procedures. They carefully helped me verify the number of packages, their appearance, and the integrity of the items. After confirming everything was correct, they meticulously organized and packed them, ensuring the multiple items were properly arranged to prevent bumps or loss during transit. Simultaneously, they proactively kept me updated on the progress at every step, making the entire process clear and transparent, allowing me, despite being far away, to be completely at ease and worry-free. From locating, verifying, organizing, and packing to arranging forwarding, the entire process was seamless, professional, and efficient, perfectly solving my problem of being unable to pick up items from a different location and needing urgent forwarding. The service attitude throughout was gentle, patient, and proactive. Faced with a guest's sudden and special request, there was no perfunctory response or shirking of responsibility; instead, their exceptional service details resolved all my concerns. I've always believed that truly excellent hotel service isn't just about the room environment and facilities, but more about the unexpectedly warm service and the sense of responsibility in resolving issues. "Hello! The 2.0 new store experience is fantastic. The Chinese red decor creates a wonderful ambiance, and the rooms are clean and cozy. Parking is free, and breakfast is delicious – especially the freshly made sandwiches, which are superb. Luggage storage is convenient, and all services are top-notch. It's also located right by Inventory Street, which is great for some limited-time browsing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"Next time I visit, I'll probably choose this place again. The only downside might be that you have to walk a bit to find late-night snacks, but everything else was great. The room was very spacious; there were four of us – two adults and kids aged 13 and 10. We pushed the twin beds together, and it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The shower water was also very nice. The breakfast was quite ample, with hot food stations. I felt the restaurant supervisor was very responsible, constantly ensuring cleaners cleared tables and the kitchen replenished food. Even with the crowds during the May Day holiday, we always found a seat during peak times. The hot food options like mini wontons and rice noodles were good. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's literally just a two-minute walk to the corridors of Districts 3 and 2. Shopping for stationery, luggage, and outdoor gear is right outside the door. So, on our last day, before checking out, we spent another 30 minutes stocking up. For Districts 1 and 6, we drove. Although it's not very far, parking is convenient at the trade city, so we preferred to save our energy for walking inside the mall rather than trekking through District 2."

On our first night, we stayed at another hotel, which wasn't a good experience. The room had an overpowering perfume smell, so we just endured it for one night. The next day, we switched to Yindu. Although the prices were similar, the quality was absolutely incomparable. The front desk staff at Yindu even upgraded us to an executive floor when they saw we were traveling with a child. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making the room very quiet. The DD service was also very thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is superb, making it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! Plus, it's super close to the night market, which is incredibly convenient."
