Yesterday's breakfast was disappointing, so I went back down at 9 AM today for breakfast. I was hoping for some traditional breakfast steamed buns (baozi). There was still an hour left until closing, and I asked the chef if there were any buns. I saw two large steamers, one with five or six plain steamed buns, and the other remained covered. The chef replied that they were all gone. Well, there was nothing I could do, so I ate some other things, which I didn't particularly enjoy, and had a coffee. I thought I'd check again for buns on my way out. Forty minutes later, it was still the same. So I called over what I assume was the floor manager, dressed in black. I told him I'd waited forty minutes for buns and hadn't gotten any. The manager asked the chef, who said no. Then, after seeing me leave, he made a phone call and said there were still some downstairs and that if I wanted them, someone would bring them up later. This is truly laughable. It's a five-star hotel, and I paid for my breakfast, but I don't even deserve a steamed bun? I think if I were the floor manager, I would have apologized first. Then, regardless of whether the guest had eaten their fill or not, I would have asked for their room number and personally brought a few buns to their room later, perhaps even with some drinks and fruit. I believe that kind of service is what truly befits a qualified five-star hotel.

This gym's laundry service is an absolute lifesaver for me, a working professional! After a sweaty workout, dealing with dirty clothes is a hassle. But here, they have everything you need: separate washers and dryers, which are clean and odor-free. The machines are regularly disinfected and wiped down, so no worries about cross-contamination. Free laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided, so you don't need to bring your own – super convenient. Operating them is easy; just scan a QR code to start. There's even a seating area to relax while you wait. The wash and dry cycle is highly efficient; in just an hour, you get fresh, soft clothes with no water stains. Staff regularly clean and tidy the area, keeping the floor spotless and dry. The attention to detail is impressive. It saves me the trouble of washing clothes at home, letting me take clean clothes directly after my workout. The value for money is incredible. It's so practical for anyone who exercises regularly. I've already recommended it to my workout buddies. Highly recommend!

Choosing this hotel was an excellent decision! The room was spotless, and I had a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff did a thorough job cleaning each day during my extended stay. The front desk staff were always polite, greeting me every time I came and went, and were incredibly helpful – always accommodating requests and answering all my questions. Plus, they offer freshly ground coffee, which was a fantastic bonus!

Five-star rating across the board! The location is excellent – it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Santing Road Night Market, and Sultan Restaurant is right across the street. Leifeng Milk Tea is also just a two or three-minute stroll away. A taxi to District 1 of the International Trade City costs less than 10 yuan. The room is very spacious, and all the staff are super friendly. For breakfast, I have to rave about the mini wontons and the roasted chicken wings – especially the chicken wings, which taste like they're prepared in the style of the Turkish restaurants you see all over Yiwu, absolutely delicious! The coffee is also rich and strong, the perfect way to kick off a new day. The only minor issue is the soundproofing. The guests upstairs were stomping around past midnight, and it was quite frustrating to be woken up by that. At that point, I also noticed how clearly you could hear cars driving by outside.

Every time I come to Yiwu, I stay here, and it's always been great. Just one minor issue: the rooms don't have a full-length mirror, so it's hard to see my outfit properly. Also, in my room, the AC was quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

Highly recommend this hotel! It's a fantastic choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'll definitely be back next time I have the chance, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is extremely supportive, polite, and always ready to help, which makes the overall experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel I stayed at this time was quite satisfactory. Parking is convenient, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, it is especially easy to go out by car, whether it is to go to the attractions or the business district is very convenient. The room is OK, the space is not cramped, and the daily activities are completely enough. Toiletries are also quite complete, toothbrushes, combs and face towels are individually packaged, and you can rest assured. Cleaning will be cleaned on time, changing garbage bags and replenishing daily necessities are very timely, and the desktop floor is always clean. The front desk and floor attendants are very good. They patiently answer questions when checking in. They also take the initiative to help with luggage when checking out. They smile all the time and feel very kind. Next time I come here, I should choose this one again.

Overall, I would give this hotel four stars, mainly because the location is truly excellent and one of its biggest strengths. The hotel is tucked slightly away from the main street, which actually makes it quieter and more relaxing, while still being incredibly convenient. It’s only minutes from the metro, the market, restaurants, and everything I personally needed during my stay. For location alone, I would absolutely give it five stars. I also want to especially recognize the gentleman at the front desk. He was tremendously helpful throughout my stay, always kind, professional, and accommodating. His service was outstanding and made a very positive impression on me. I stayed in the loft room, which offers a very good value for the price. The room itself was fairly nice, although there were a few challenges. One important thing for future guests to know is that the elevator only goes to the fifth floor, and then you must walk up stairs to reach the loft rooms on the sixth floor. For some travelers, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility issues, that could be difficult. The hotel would also benefit greatly from remodeling and updating. The facility is older, and a few things do not function as well as they could. That said, I can usually overlook those types of things when the service and atmosphere are warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, while the gentleman at the front desk was excellent, the woman who also helped clean the rooms was not particularly friendly or accommodating during my stay. A little more warmth and hospitality there would have made a big difference and likely would have brought this review to five stars. Still, overall, the location, value, and convenience make this a worthwhile place to stay, especially for travelers looking for easy access to the city at a reasonable price.
