This is a long-standing local five-star hotel. Before my stay, I was debating whether to choose the Atour next door, but after checking in, I was extremely satisfied. The front desk not only upgraded us to a family room but also gave us complimentary fruit and afternoon tea. The hotel has been newly renovated, it's clean and quiet, which was great. The breakfast was also very varied, and my family really enjoyed it. The hotel staff were also very professional and patient. They even gave us a souvenir when we left.

I came to Yiwu to visit the trade city and compared several hotels in the area. I'm so glad I chose Cai, because staying here felt like the absolute right decision. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to phases 2 and 3 of the trade city, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, and every little detail is meticulously maintained, showing how dedicated the hotel management is. The front desk service was gentle, polite, and enthusiastically attentive – truly impeccable! The room was clean and bright with good lighting. The hotel's voice-controlled butler was very convenient. The space was just right, with a well-organized layout. The bathroom had a clean wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and of decent quality. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, offering a full range of Chinese simple meals. The congee was warm and comforting for the stomach, and the pastries were soft and delicious, freshly made daily. The taste was truly outstanding! For the price, considering the overall service, environment, and facilities, it far surpassed competitors in the same price range. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay; it was comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it and will definitely rebook for future trips.

My business trip stay in a twin room here far exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, really close to Yiwu International Trade City, making getting around a breeze. The room was spacious, and both beds had fluffy, soft bedding – perfect for quickly relaxing my tired body. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with no stains on the floors or in the bathroom. The bathroom also had a great dry/wet separation, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel has a gym and self-service laundry room on the 8th floor, which is a huge plus for travelers on longer business trips; you can work out to relax in your free time and even wash and dry your clothes right there. Downstairs, the street is lined with all sorts of local eateries, offering plenty of choices for meals, making finding food incredibly easy. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it's excellent value for money. If I come back to the Trade City area, I'll definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Choosing this hotel was an excellent decision! The room was spotless, and I had a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff did a thorough job cleaning each day during my extended stay. The front desk staff were always polite, greeting me every time I came and went, and were incredibly helpful – always accommodating requests and answering all my questions. Plus, they offer freshly ground coffee, which was a fantastic bonus!

The location is super convenient. The subway station is right outside (though it doesn't connect to the high-speed rail station yet), and phases 1 and 2 of the International Trade City are just a short walk away. It's easy to drop off your shopping whenever you buy too much. There are tons of great food options nearby, including both international and local cuisine. You'll definitely find something delicious to eat. The front desk staff was lovely and incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions. **Facilities:** The room has pretty much everything you need. It's not super spacious, so if you're planning on buying a lot of things, it might feel a bit cramped. But for a quick stopover, it's perfectly fine. **Breakfast:** The breakfast selection is adequate, and the taste is decent.

A Home Away From Home for Families I have stayed in three different hotels across various cities in China so far, but the staff service and hospitality at the Borrman Hotel Yiwu is truly next-level. They set a professional standard that is hard to match. I was traveling with my young child, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping and management—went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome. Every single time we came downstairs, the staff would play with my kid and shower them with so much love, affection, and gifts like candies, chocolates, fruits, and toys (which we are happily carrying back with us to India!). A few special shout-outs to the incredible team members who made our stay unforgettable: Wendy & Quinn: They provided out-of-the-box support when we completely ran out of diapers late in the evening. Finding none nearby, they personally took it upon themselves to arrange and get them for us. That is true dedication to guest comfort. Sherry: Because the hotel is conveniently located near the busy market, Sherry thoughtfully upgraded our room to a much quieter area so my baby could sleep peacefully without any noise disruption. Hanling & Juan Juan: They helped us figure out multiple things during our stay and handled everything with grace. They took such amazing care of my child, playing with them every time we passed through the lobby. Ping Ping & the Housekeeping Team: Ping Ping and another wonderful lady in housekeeping (whose name I unfortunately missed) provided flawless, top-tier service every day. The location is absolutely perfect if you are visiting the market, but it is the genuine warmth and pro-level hospitality of the staff that makes this place a gem. I will absolutely, without a doubt, stay only at this property every single time I visit Yiwu. Thank you, Borrman Hotel team, for taking such incredible care of my family!

Five-star rating across the board! The location is excellent – it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Santing Road Night Market, and Sultan Restaurant is right across the street. Leifeng Milk Tea is also just a two or three-minute stroll away. A taxi to District 1 of the International Trade City costs less than 10 yuan. The room is very spacious, and all the staff are super friendly. For breakfast, I have to rave about the mini wontons and the roasted chicken wings – especially the chicken wings, which taste like they're prepared in the style of the Turkish restaurants you see all over Yiwu, absolutely delicious! The coffee is also rich and strong, the perfect way to kick off a new day. The only minor issue is the soundproofing. The guests upstairs were stomping around past midnight, and it was quite frustrating to be woken up by that. At that point, I also noticed how clearly you could hear cars driving by outside.

The hotel is within walking distance of Yiwu International Trade Centre (district one). If you do not plan to visit district one, you'd better find another hotel, because the walking distance is pretty far from one district to another. We had early check-in (around 12 pm), and the checkout time is 2 pm. The room was decent, with a small bathroom. There was a hook that fell off, maybe it wasn't sticking to the wall properly. The hotel has a footbath (you can ask the receptionist how to use it). I hope that they will put instructions on how to use the footbath. My mom said her hair becomes itchy, after washing her hair with the hotel’s shampoo. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for clothes, as well as for shoes. The breakfast was not bad, but I feel like the plates and utensils are not clean (still greasy).

Next time I visit, I'll probably choose this place again. The only downside might be that you have to walk a bit to find late-night snacks, but everything else was great. The room was very spacious; there were four of us – two adults and kids aged 13 and 10. We pushed the twin beds together, and it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The shower water was also very nice. The breakfast was quite ample, with hot food stations. I felt the restaurant supervisor was very responsible, constantly ensuring cleaners cleared tables and the kitchen replenished food. Even with the crowds during the May Day holiday, we always found a seat during peak times. The hot food options like mini wontons and rice noodles were good. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's literally just a two-minute walk to the corridors of Districts 3 and 2. Shopping for stationery, luggage, and outdoor gear is right outside the door. So, on our last day, before checking out, we spent another 30 minutes stocking up. For Districts 1 and 6, we drove. Although it's not very far, parking is convenient at the trade city, so we preferred to save our energy for walking inside the mall rather than trekking through District 2.

The hotel was Good, and cleanliness was fine, there was just one problem that one specific type of smell was there in the room. especially from washroom area. and it didn't finish even after perfume. Breakfast was average.
