"The hotel is, in our opinion, quite well located, centrally located between Downtown and South Beach. Everything is easily accessible via Uber.
The hotel is absolutely top-notch, and the staff is super friendly and dedicated. We reported one problem with the air conditioning and the toilet ran flush once. It was reported and fixed within minutes! Excellent service! On our day of departure, we were able to store our suitcases at the reception for free and use the beautiful rooftop pool.
Breakfast, at just over $20, was too expensive in our opinion.
Summary: We can recommend the hotel at any time. Good value for money.
Parking is also available...unlike the description."

Great
GGuest UserRight in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.
HhygroupljbThe hotel is luxuriously decorated and elegant. It is very convenient to go to the mall near Brickell Center,, with many food choices, close distance, good view and advanced facilities.

GGuest UserGreat location if you are interested in the Wynwood Walls. Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Rooftop pool can be accessed until sunset....Great gym and has yoga classes (unfortunately did not get a chance to take advantage of it). Includes $15 credit to food and drinks per night (some exclusions). Pool table also available to guests in the lobby. Water and nespresso are also included.
GGuest UserThis is an absolutely beautiful suites hotel. Every where is spotlessly clean. They were so accommodating. We arrived 6 hours early and we were still allowed to check in to our room. Suites have every thing you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

MM277466****This hotel was just a 10-minute drive from the airport, so I booked it for one night since I had an early 7 AM flight. It's a pretty standard hotel, a bit old-fashioned perhaps, and the facilities are a little dated, but I didn't have high expectations for a one-night stay. They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport every half hour, no prior booking needed. We took the 5:30 AM shuttle; when we got to the door at 5:26 AM, there was already a long line of guests waiting to get on, each with at least one suitcase. I thought we'd have to wait for the next one, but the driver was amazing. He stacked everyone's luggage one by one in the back, and incredibly, managed to fit all twenty-plus suitcases! We arrived at the airport right on time.
Vvalentino ideal tvYesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.
LLittle Prince 小王子I have booked this hotel for a friend who has stayed at the Recency several times before. This time it was the cheapest one in the airport area and very close to the airport. The rooms are quite big and reniovated. Itt provudes all the essentials of a stay like hair dryer, kleenex tissues, safe, desk and wardrobe.
He didn't have breakfast since it had to be paid extra.
There is also a cuban restaurant in walking distamce.
All in all good value for price. Definitely will choose thisbplace again.
GGuest UserFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.
GGuest UserReview:
I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
凌凌檬616In this apartment-style double-tree Hilton hotel, the aisle around the downstairs is not too good, the room floor tiles are a bit old and black, the bathroom ceiling is cracked and wants to fall, and the apartment-style simple decoration. The main thing is to take a sea-view room, a large glass window, and the sea is unobstructed. The big bird chicks cheer on the balcony and sometimes fly into the room (see the third picture uploaded, the bird flew to the table). The open seascape is refreshing.
