Kimpton EPIC HOTEL by IHG

Our stay was really exceptional and I have to admit it was beyond excellent. For the price we paid it was a wonderful experience with lots of stuff to do even in the hotel it self.

Amazing experience and stay at this fine establishment! Was referred to stay here by a colleague, non the less he did not dissapoint. Hotel staff very accommodating, smooth check in, felt welcomed from the moment I stepped on the premises. Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, excursions, night life. Very clean. Definitely will return in the near future!

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is good. Facility is clear and comfortable. Good to take the rest for family trip.

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Hotel I had an awful stay at this hotel. The location is terrible—right next to a busy main road, making it impossible to sleep with the constant noise of traffic throughout the night. I stayed for three nights and barely got any sleep. The air conditioning is another nightmare. The vent is positioned directly over the bed, blowing cold air on you all night. Even after turning off the AC, the vent continued to blow air, making me wonder what the point of the controller was. It’s an extremely uncomfortable and poorly designed setup. To make things worse, the room had a bizarre issue: every time I turned on the faucet, there was a high-pitched screaming noise that made it feel like a ******* house. I was afraid to use the faucet at night because of the unnerving sound. The housekeeping was equally disappointing. The cleaning was superficial at best—bed sheets were not properly made, and it seemed like all they did was pull the blanket over the bed. The level of cleanliness was far from acceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Good location in downtown Miami and reasonable price! Room size is huge and nice view!

Perfect location, great place, awesome pool with DJ. Staff is very accommodating and gracious. Only knock is unnecessary charging on items and lack of complementary water in the room.
