The hotel's location is excellent, and the room view is absolutely stunning! It's truly fantastic! I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Miami!

The hotel environment is nice, but the shower was broken, so I couldn't take a bath. I reported it to the hotel, but nothing was done. Also, they didn't provide free bottled water, which is a bit disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel room was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were soft and hard enough for me to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. The hotel is pretty good, conveniently located near the airport, and the interior environment is quite nice – clean and tidy. The rooms were suitable, and everyone was satisfied. The only downside, which is unavoidable, is the noise from the airplanes. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel is located on an island in the lake right across from the airport, with a free shuttle bus running every half hour between the hotel and the airport, which is quite convenient. However, precisely because of its proximity, the noise is excessive. Our room faced the airport runway and train tracks, and the frequent airplane takeoffs were very loud. The room facilities are quite old and poorly maintained; the furniture and carpet showed significant wear and tear. Service was inconsistent; some staff were friendly, while others were cold and rude. Efficiency and professionalism were also lacking. Upon check-in, the room had two bottles of shampoo but no body wash, and one bottle of drinking water had already been opened. I called the front desk twice, but no one came to replace them even by the time we checked out two days later.

Was ok not sure i'd stay again. Internet in the room wasn't great. Bar Area was Ridiculously expensive. Gym was decent and Pool was nice. Hotel was reasonably priced compared to others.

The only reason I picked this hotel was its proximity to the airport and the fact that it's one of the few with a 24-hour free airport shuttle. Most hotels in the US are overpriced and rundown; this one felt like an old cucumber trying to pass for fresh, but you can't hide its age. Overall, it was acceptable, definitely meeting a 3-star standard. I slept quite comfortably, and the soundproofing was good enough that I couldn't hear planes taking off or landing. There's a small shop in the lobby selling snacks and Starbucks coffee, which is convenient. Also, here’s a map to the airport shuttle after you arrive: once you grab your luggage, just cross the road to the hotel shuttle pick-up point and look for the bus with the Sheraton logo.

The bathroom in room 418 is the smallest one i have ever seen The. Front of the toilet to the front of the sink is about 14” in between the 2. The side of the toilet is about 14” from the door. If you drop something you have to open the door and step out to get it. Uncomfortable and hard to use. I’m not a large person. Location is great

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
