"Very good five star hotel. Good location, surrounded by high-rise apartments and glass office buildings. If you need to drive in and out of the parking lot multiple times by car, it is recommended to use the hotel's Valet, which costs slightly more than US $ 48 a day, but unlimited access, only need to call 10 minutes before the car. If you only need to go in and out once, you can self-park. There are only a few street parkings around the hotel. The room is large and the facilities are fully functional. The toilet is separated from the wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. The pool area service is in place, you do n’t need to worry about it during the whole process, just enjoy it ~ the food is very delicious, I ordered three dishes, everything was delicious"
"The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things :
- u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no .
- their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see .
- overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

"Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities. Staff is friendly and really helpful."

"I could not have asked for better service from arrival to departure. Upon our arrival we were greeted immediately. The concierge was the best I have ever had when arriving to a luxury hotel. He took our bags up and placed them in the closet, he also wrote all the names to the best restaurants that Miami had to offer. I will definitely be staying at this location my next visit. "
"Very good hotel, great experience, especially there is a free tram next to it, very convenient to the Bay Gardens, the river, the Bay Market, and Eighth Street. You can take the tram to the Government Center and take the Orange Line to the airport. The hotel has a beautiful view. I stayed in a city view room, the view is very beautiful. The room has IPA, you can control the lights and turn on the TV. Breakfast is from 6 to 11, during this period, no one cares about you, you can eat as much as you want. The hotel with the best experience during my stay in Miami."

"Just not a good option for a solo traveller. It took a long time to sign in, parking is paid separately but it’s underneath the building, the staff seemed insistent that I leave earlier than the check out time. I paid for 4 people value instead of one person. I was not aware of the QR code on the fridge with hotel information so I had to go back to reception to get the wifi password. The hotel hallways are noisy with no respect to other guests."
"Great location if you are interested in the Wynwood Walls. Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Rooftop pool can be accessed until sunset....Great gym and has yoga classes (unfortunately did not get a chance to take advantage of it). Includes $15 credit to food and drinks per night (some exclusions). Pool table also available to guests in the lobby. Water and nespresso are also included."
"We will stay here again when we come back to Miami. The hotel service is very good, we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel still tried to help us find a vacant room for us to check in. There are big supermarkets, pharmacies and monorails that travel around the city for free within a few minutes of walking. I will still live here next time."
"A very beautiful hotel. It's like walking into a botanical garden, and the green plants are prettier than those in Vizcaya because they are much bigger (very subjective, Vizcaya is also very beautiful, but I think this one is better because I like big plants). The hotel rooms are also very special, everything is themed around the rainforest, and opposite is the pedestrian street, which is also very lively at night. The only thing is that I really hate hotels that don't have quilts. They use two cloth quilts, one underneath and one on top, which is very convenient, but I really hate the feeling of the quilt touching my skin!"

KK.SheltonHotel lobby and pool area are nice and well equipped. Hotel rooms are a little dated, but clean. The $8 for a bottle of water so you can brew a half of cup of coffee in the room seems excessive.
GGuest UserCompletely adequate hotel for a short business trip. Not for holiday travel. The worst part is that the lobby scent smells like Axe Body spray. So weird and gross. Please get a new smell. I wouldn’t stay here again but I’m not completely unhappy with my stay. Oh, cleaning service never came but they leave enough towels that it was necessary.

JJimmyKhooHotel and Hotel Indigo shared Hotel facilities and front desk, new hotel hardware facilities have nothing to say, the sunset with its own large balcony is very beautiful! It is very convenient to walk to Brikell Town Center in 5 minutes!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre.
Good white clothes towels and soaps.
SsidneyThe hotel room is not very big, the front desk service is very poor. The location is in downtown, there are restaurants and malls not far away, and there are too many people for breakfast.

NNeilSModern interiors and spacious rooms. Our window was dirty so couldn’t see anything out from the 15th floor.
Although the building looks new we heard pipe noises frequently. That was annoying.
Gym and pool are great.
They don’t give complimentary drinking water bottle in room but there’s a water fountain next to the gym which is open 8am - 8pm. Make sure you have a reusable bottle.
They don’t have steam room or sauna. They say city view for the pool and gym but you say residential buildings in the front and hotel. But you can do sunbathing.
Front desk staff and other staff is friendly and have a smiling place always.
The cafe, lobby and rooms have stunning interiors.
The outdoor cafe at the back is a great place to hang out.
I’d stay here again if I get discount :)

GGuest UserReview:
I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
HHubertLocation SUPER! Food OK. Hotel old, room clean, but so, so. But it was Miami Downtown! If was the second stay in Miami on this winter school holidays trip, so it was
just for one night only.
The boy in the lobby for luggage also did his job well!
The most terrible experience with this stay was the booking by itself. Because making it at the end we felt a bit in a hurry so even
though we made booking 2 days in advance (prior to coming from Orlando), I made there a lapsus by making reservation with the start date.
I was putting in as starting date the date of when reservation was made (also because of outer distractions), so could not cancel it any more (48hrs
before start date of reg. only). So I made and paid second one as well.
Facilities old but still OK (altghough it could be in much better condition; compared let's say to an older hotel by Lake Bled in my country, for example, let's say Hotel Triglav with Restaurant 1906 - I always loved it and I still do, altgough there are many by us (older, where I stayed in) (let's say a dozen, maybe not that famous as this one) (but then again just by us there were a few dozens newer ones (but relative to period of 30yrs I am doing that, then not so many), I did stay in, that were also super at least).
Tried to negotiate a bit with employees in hotel reception, but they put it all back on me again and
said, it was mine and trip.com matter only, relying for us to solve it by ourselves between us...

FFēi.cnThe room was quite spacious and well-maintained, but the bedsheets were old and a little pilling, which was the first time I encountered such a thing. It is very close to the airport, and the hotel has a shuttle bus every 15 minutes, and the driver is very friendly!
MMeganFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.
