This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever seen. The carpets in the corridors of the hotel are old and dirty. There are many stains on them. There are also a lot of paper scraps and other garbage. No one has cleaned them up for four days. The service was very poor. I asked for an extra quilt on the first day. However, I called three times and the quilt was delivered twice. Finally, I contacted Ctrip to help solve the problem and the quilt was delivered. They also lied to Ctrip and said they couldn't find thick quilts. I have stayed in countless hotels and was one of the earliest users of Ctrip. This is the first time I have written a negative review and the first time I have encountered such a bad hotel. If I couldn't unsubscribe, I wouldn't live there. I feel like they don't have to worry about customers, you can't help but love them.

Very nice hotel, modern look, walkable to many restaurants and shopping in a safe area. Was surprised there was no microwave or guest fridge in the room, and $25 fee if anything was put/found in mini-bar fridge.

The rooms were amazing. They had balconies. Bathrooms were large and clean unlike many of the south beach hotels. Security was on point and the rooftop bar is a must.
