I stayed for just one night during a short layover on my way to the Cayman Islands. The location is very convenient—close to the airport with a free shuttle, which was great. The shuttle was easy to find, located in the departure area between gates 7 and 23. The room was clean, but there was no kettle in the room. I could’ve probably asked the front desk, but I didn’t want to bother them.

I have booked this hotel for a friend who has stayed at the Recency several times before. This time it was the cheapest one in the airport area and very close to the airport. The rooms are quite big and reniovated. Itt provudes all the essentials of a stay like hair dryer, kleenex tissues, safe, desk and wardrobe.
He didn't have breakfast since it had to be paid extra.
There is also a cuban restaurant in walking distamce.
All in all good value for price. Definitely will choose thisbplace again.

Nice place, quiet and relaxing. Beautiful day to enjoy the pool and, during the evening, snuggle into the comfortable bed and watch the large TV screen.

The hotel room we got was clean and staff were able to answer any questions we had about our room. Gym was available on our floor which is convenient and lobby looked newly renovated and clean. Conveniently located near bus stops.

1.The internet speed is extremely slow and very unstable.
2.The room lacks essential amenities—there aren’t even slippers or a toothbrush.
3.The toilet gets clogged easily, and the water drains very slowly, making showering a frustrating experience.
4. Fortunately, the front desk staff had a good attitude; otherwise, I can’t imagine this being the standard of a Regency hotel.

They charge for parking per night.
They should deliver the Receipt or Invoice at the moment where they charge but the personnel were not friendly and didn’t provide it at the moment.
At checkout the individual mentioned they can not issue the invoice.
