"Very good hotel, excellent breakfast. However, the experience was horrible. Because we arrived late, our room was given to someone else and we ended up with a room for 3 people, while our reservation, which had already been paid for, was for 5 people. Our flight was delayed, we arrived late and had to waste time and stress over this situation. Although the hotel management acted in bad faith, I want to praise the Trip.com staff, who gave me all the assistance and helped me with the problem. All the staff were professional and kind. They always kept me informed of every step. Congratulations to Trip.com."

"After clearing customs, the hotel shuttle was easy to catch at Exit 5, running every half hour, which was very convenient. The rooms come with a kitchenette, perfect for longer stays if you plan to grocery shop and prepare your own meals to save some money. The breakfast was also excellent."

Toilet is way too low in the washroom.
I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise.
Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel."

"The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more."

"Great location and the room was very spacious. The restaurant offers complimentary hot water, and there's a swimming pool and a gym. My only complaint is that I booked a twin room but was given a king-size room instead, without any explanation, and I'm still working with Ctrip to get this sorted out. The deposit refund was also a bit slow. Apart from that, everything else was good."

GGuest UserRight in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

Breakfast buffet starts from 6am - hot biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit, waffles etc Courtesy shuttle bus to airport leaves on the hour. Will be staying again.

GGuest UserThis has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

YYUEMINGYou can see the bay and the bridge from the island, the view is very charming. The hotel is very close to the city's elevated rail station and has convenient transportation. The key is that the elevated monorail in the city of Miami is free and is located in the downtown area. It is a beautiful scenery in itself and should be one of the best in the United States. The Marriott Hotel is the same as the domestic one, and the service is as good as ever. The hotel is also very convenient to lyft to various attractions.

Advantages: The location is very good. It is a 10-minute drive from the bayside market and a 10-minute drive to the island. The gate is a miami trolley terminal (the bus is free and there are many lines). The welcome is a hot chocolate tart, and free ice water and limited wines are available in the lobby. The waiter was warm. The restaurant 8 and 1/2 downstairs is good, the Italian girl is warm and patient.
Disadvantages: Check in at 16:00, which is a little early, so wait until 4:30 to get ready. In addition, if check in is later than required, additional fees will apply. Room facilities are not new. Downstairs is a construction site, as if building a church. It has been more than a year. Workers started work at 7 o'clock on weekdays. Don't expect too much of a room with a park view. It is a street garden with a view of the sea. The other part of the hotel is the superior apartment where you can see various dogs in the lobby. Hotel parking can only be valet parking, a price every 4 hours, 30 dollars a day, and tip. Behind the small chapel is $ 10 during the day and $ 10 overnight (please call me Lei Feng). It's opposite the office building and it won't open on weekends. In addition, it is not recommended to choose a room with breakfast. If you choose, the hotel will provide a $ 10 voucher per person, which is applicable to the 6 restaurants downstairs, it is better to eat it yourself. I booked a room with breakfast, but the breakfast information was not tied to the room number, order number or the person who booked it. It is randomly bound to the person who stays.
