The facilities of this homestay are very good. We bought the ingredients and cooked dinner here. Looking at the snowy mountains outside, we spent a great night together. The host is very friendly and is the first choice for family travel!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It truly exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the caretaker's service was truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the guests. As a whole-house rental with three spacious bedrooms, it was perfectly suited for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the major conveniences was the fully equipped kitchen. It had every single cooking utensil and appliance we could possibly need, which made preparing meals for the family easy and enjoyable.

We love everything here. 3 Bedrooms with 3 Bathrooms. Washing and drying machines were there. BIG TV. Big parking. Clean, Quiet, andnice area. We definitely go back there for sure.

从松本移动到白馬，搭乘JR大糸線进站时拍的IC卡，到了白馬出站时不可使用IC卡，不会英语和日语，幸好下榻白馬加拿大山林小屋的老板来接站，用翻译软件帮助与JR站工作人员沟通(原来先付现金，然後再把我卡重置)。 白馬加拿大山林小屋，这座被滑雪場包围的温泉旅館，附近1至5英里有多家高原滑雪場，距有名的八方尾根滑雪场🚠站步行1公里可到(一般老板会免费接送)。一房一厅公寓式厨房用具齐全，房间清洁，工作人员温馨。旅館服务相当贴心，老板只要有空，有求必应，(免费JR白馬站接驳，需提前予约)，我们10月25抵达，八方尾根纜車站免费接驳巴士已停运，但旅館老板很人性化的会免费接送，使游人在旅途中宾至如归。 旅館的温泉要到距离250米处的“白馬樅の木ホテル”泡(提供优惠券¥1000円/人)，源泉放流的庄兵衛の湯，泉质塩化物，泡後非常滑爽。白馬樅の木ホテル和白馬加拿大山林小屋是同一个老板，哪里的餐厅提供(自助餐)早餐和晚餐，很丰盛。如果有需求可請老板提前联系予约，早餐大概¥2000円/人(可优惠¥200/人)；晚餐的价格¥5000/人(可优惠¥500円/人)。这次5晚留宿期间，得到了老板许多帮助，非常难忘的体验，在等待八方尾根八方池的晴天中，愛上了美丽的白馬村！如有缘还会再见，依然选择“加拿大山林小屋”！

Finally the owner is very enthusiastic (this is the advantage of all Japanese homestays). There are local apples for sale at the front desk. The price of 100 is a conscience. I stayed for 3 nights and ate 5 apples. It was very sweet.

They refuse to provide service to pick up us at JR station with reason peak season although it shows the have pick up service when we booked hotel. We booked the rooms with billa type but we hv no idea that it locates about 4km far away from reception location where shows in trip.com and google map. We realize the actual location when hotel reply my email that no picking up service and share the location in mail. Villa is ok but it would be goid in case you have car.

The accommodation is clean and there is plenty of parking. However, it is suitable for those who drive on foot. There are no pajamas provided. The bath products, hair care products, and nourishing creams are so good that you might want to buy some to take home. There is a coin-operated washing machine with a wide selection of detergents. The digital door is difficult to open, so you have to wait for the right moment. Overall, it is worth it and a good choice for those who love peace and quiet.
