I stayed on a continuous holiday. I was worried about watching on TV. HP was very worried because it was notation in premium and deluxe, so I didn't know that I wanted to stay in this building I saw on TV. Adult 4 children 4 people, twin bedroom 2 room (2 floor) and 3 futons on tatami mats on the 1 floor. The entrance is with the guests staying in the deluxe suite. There is a normal kitchen, where the first night has dinner. Wine and beer cola prepared in the refrigerator are free to drink. Several kinds of pints are free. Coffee tea is free. There is only salt pepper in the kitchen, so other seasonings are required. The kitchen and living room are large, so you can wai wai without worrying about a lot of children. I thought it would be good for a women's party. The jacuzzi was happy with the child. There was free wifi in the room, and I could talk to a free speaker and listen to music. At first glance, it was black and gorgeous and it was a color use that was not in the general home, but I enjoyed a luxury travel feeling. I think there are some drinks if you are a large number. There are seven eleven in the neighborhood 5 minutes walk. The restaurant in Maruhachi Shoya is just across the street. The ham for a few minutes walk to the Hakuba ham shop was delicious.

We used 2 nights on the three consecutive holidays in February. The location is outstanding and within 30 seconds walk of the Happo Bus Terminal and 1 minute convenience store. The room was large and the toilet (washlet) was very beautiful. The hot spring on the top floor was hot and could not enter for a long time, but the body warmed from the core. This time it was a night stay, so it is unrated about the meal. Even if I asked for early because of the rain, I would check in, and even if I was scheduled to stay alone, I was happy to take it. The grandfather at the front desk (owner?) is certainly unique, but let's laugh and receive it. I didn't ski, so I didn't know it, but I laughed at the fact that it was the most luxurious in Hakuba. It was very kind and kind if you talk about it. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

We stayed 5 nights (late Feb) in a room with twin beds and an additional lounge/bed. Room was clean and very spacious with a couple of chairs and table to sit and look out at the mountain view (worth asking if this is available). Was great to look out in the morning to see what weather to expect. Bathroom had separate shower room with a bath tub, separate toilet room and then basin area. Onsen very good. Ski storage and drying room together in one big room - can lock skis, although no one worried about it. Owner of the hotel provides wonderful care for the guests offering advice on the area, timetables, restaurant recommendations, called ahead helping us with our next leg of the journey and even cooked (he is an accomplished chef) a degustation dinner for us and another couple - delicious!! Get your lift passes through the hotel for a good discount. We typically walked the 10min to the bus terminal when going to other mountains and put our shoes in an on mountain locker (200 or 300 yen) while skiing which made travelling around more comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was very plentiful with many options - always an egg dish, hot dishes, japanese breakfast, toast, fruit, yoghurt, coffee & tea and much more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

What a great find! I can’t say enough about the service at this hotel. At first I was a bit upset because I personally thought the bed was too hard. I know different people like different mattress so I figured I was stuck with it for the length of our stay. As soon as Olivia the Manager heard I was not comfortable she went WAY above and beyond to make sure I got a good nights sleep on a comfortable mattress. She personally went out and bought a memory foam mattress topper and two pillows to go with it. She was SO sweet and accommodating. As we got to know the area a little bit I realized we are surrounded with excellent restaurants, massage, ski rental places, bars and convenience stores all less that a few 100 meters away. We particularly enjoyed a sushi place with a women sushi chef called West Mountain. I also LOVED the hot pot of coffee on in the lobby all day long. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the heat was great. The bathrooms are a little strange but clean. Thank you Olivia for treating us like we were visiting your home!

This hotel is really old. The carpet exposed on the two beds is full of hairs, cotton swabs, and plastic bags. I rubbed all the exposed problems with a towel on the floor and cleaned it myself. I see many foreigners walk on the hotel without shoes. Are they okay to go down? Anyway, I can bear it, who is afraid of who. Security also had a PIN at the entrance and room, and there was also a space for ski boots and boards in the entrance. The bath was only a shower, but there were three and it wasn't crowded. The washer / dryer was also available for 300 yen, which was helpful. We stayed in one of the villas for Christmas and had a great time. Cottage I was spacious and clean, with everything you would need for a family stay. Would definitely recommend a villa if you want your own space while in Happo, and it was a good base for both Hakuba 47 and Happo slopes - however, you will definitely need your own car as the villa was out from the main town and off any shuttle bus route. The staff at Reposer were really helpful - picking us and our luggage up to take us to the villa, and then dropping us off at the bus station for check out. They also arranged delivery of our luggage back to Tokyo so we didn't have to bother with them on the train.
