Hotel in the very nice location.
There were no pajamas in the room, which is usually provided in most Japanese hotels, but I had to go to the lobby to get some.
Most of the staff were nice, but there was one older woman who spoke more like a ward office clerk than a hotel staff member. I was disappointed.

Everything was excellent and more. The only thing missing was a hotel shuttle service. Besides that perfect.

It was my first time staying in this hotel, my second time in Hakuba.
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
The equipment in the hotel is clean and new. I also liked the design of the hotel.
One slight disadvantage was that the hotel was far from many facilities in Hakuba; it would be fine if I were driving. The heat in the summertime makes moving around Hakuba difficult.

Lovely and well maintained old elegant hotel. Room is very big with complete amenities and free shuttle from and to the station. Close to restaurant and everywhere. Staff are very helpful and kind. Onsen are nice and clean. We will come back for sure if we got a chance again 🙂
