"As a Huazhu member, I always prioritize Atour hotels whenever I travel, and this trip to Tibet was no exception. I chose this Atour hotel again, and its location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to Barkhor Street, and you can even see the Potala Palace from the window. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free and gave me complimentary breakfast – kudos to the front desk! The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The room had air conditioning and an oxygen supply, plus free late-night snacks. There were also complimentary drinks and mineral water in the room, and a free self-service laundry room, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this Atour hotel to anyone visiting Lhasa, Tibet, and I want to extend another big thank you to the front desk staff for their warm service!"

"The hotel has a good environment. It is very close to the Jokhang Temple and the Potala Palace. It is only a short walk away. It is quiet at night and the breakfast is very good. It is my favorite hotel in Lhasa. The hotel service is very good, all check-in details are clearly explained, and if there are any changes, please contact us in advance. The facilities are a bit old but well maintained. The lights in the elevator are a bit dim and you can't see the buttons clearly. It is recommended to use a more powerful light."

The environment, facilities, services, and location are great ～～ You can see the blue sky and white clouds when you open your eyes. There are menus of various restaurants in the inn, which can be delivered directly to the inn. Can you also be hungry? It will be delivered to the garden on the second floor. The rooms are clean and tidy, including the public areas. The inn has an elevator. After the check-in, the boss will still help to send the luggage to the room. It is a 5-minute walk from the Princess Wencheng to watch the show and a 10-minute drive to the Potala Palace. Recommend! recommend!

It has been more than a month since I left Lhasa. I think of the days in Lhasa and the Fengma Feiyang Hostel where I stayed twice. It was a very friendly hostel. You can walk to the Jokhang Temple, the Ramoche Temple, Barkhor Street, and the Potala Palace. I will probably stay there again next time I go there.

首檔其中的是老闆：兩位老闆都特別的熱情，而且一到就會給你説明來高原的注意事項；她們對附近吃的和值得玩的瞭如指掌，有任何關於景區的特別問題（比如大昭寺不刷金能看到等身像嗎，可以）她們都能解答。而且作為一個話癆子還和老闆聊旅行的見解，老闆都能很耐心的回覆，有説有笑。我覺得有了她們小紅書都不用查了哈哈哈哈哈哈哈
其次是位置：5分鐘就能走到大昭寺，再10-15分鐘就能走到布達拉宮。晚上旁邊還有夜市，可以買超多超便宜得水果，旁邊還有正式的很好的藏式早餐和茶店；消食還能走去大昭寺看看朝拜，體驗當地的人文
最後是房間本身：真的，審美完完全全被戳中了。性價比沒得説，太有了；每天清掃的還特別乾淨，彌散氧讓我睡的特別舒服，而且4樓還能閑的時候，看着布達拉宮坐坐
實在是太感謝這家名宿和老闆了，讓我初來拉薩能有如此好的一個體驗

Beautiful hotel that still preserves its historical architecture with modern luxuries. We enjoyed the heated floor (it's so comfortable to walk around) and the oxygen machine (a lifesaver when we just reached Lhasa!). Special thanks to Guest Service staff - 次塔 for coordinating breakfast and housekeeping with us throughout our stay, and for helping to safekeep our forgotten item when we checked out! Her warm hospitality helped us ease into the high altitude environment more easily! Oh and don't forget to try the Indian restaurant within the hotel - it's extremely delicious and the price is affordable! We hope to return soon!

The most attractive thing for me is definitely plus this cloth palace landscape. Compared with many hotels, this landscape is the best unobstructed panoramic view.
Location
Advantages In the lively neighborhood, it is very convenient to walk to various scenic spots. Go shopping and eat.
Disadvantages Parking is difficult. This can also be understood. There are few parking spaces in the city center, but the hotel is particularly active in solving it for you. You can give the car key to the front desk. People can help you park and pick up the car.
Services
At the front desk, people will give you Rhodiola tea to ease the high reaction and enthusiastically provide white fungus soup roasted sweet potatoes. Every sentence is concerned. I don’t say that I need your ID card to check in. These rhythms make you very comfortable. Slowly rest.
Rooms
The moment the curtains opened automatically when I entered the room, I was shocked that everything was exhausted and empty. I stood in front of the window and looked at the cloth palace. I just had a word ”value” in my heart!
Looking around the room, clean and warm, the towels are individually packaged, disposable, so that you don’t know what you need to continue to stand by the window and watch the cloth palace.
We are the kind of family who travels around by car all year round. Basically, we don’t give any hotel reviews. It’s not too much attention to staying for one night. But I really can’t help sharing this one. Whether the hardware and software make us warm, so I will stay decisively even if it has been set by others. We also changed rooms halfway and waited to move back. Add another service! service! Service is great! Not only the harvest scenery, but also the full touch!

Very satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions.
Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen.
There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning.
Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

What an amazing hotel, the rooms are immaculate and mine had a view of Potalo palace.
The food is delicious, amazing breakfast buffet with very high quality items and the restaurant food was succulent.
Also. When staying at Songtsam, make sure to have a massage at their spa. The Spa lady Tenzin phuti is so knowledgeable and will give you a massage like you never had before. A must do at the hotel.
Big thank you to Sonam, English speaking lady who took good care of me and her English was brilliant.
Overall, Songtsam is an amazing hotel and you won’t regret staying there!

The Tibetan-style rooms were rustic yet stylish, quite quiet at night, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The courtyard was beautiful, and there was live music in the evening. I had beef hot pot here, which was delicious, and also afternoon tea with fried potatoes and ice cream, all very tasty. The receptionist upgraded me to an oxygen-equipped room because I booked three rooms, one of which didn't have late check-out service. After explaining to the receptionist, she also helped me with late check-out for that room, which I was very grateful for! There were ******* costume photoshoots in the courtyard, and I had a set taken there. The makeup and styling were excellent; you could communicate your needs, the makeup artist was very patient, and the photographer was also very skilled. Taking photos in the courtyard had a special feel to it. I recommend this hotel.

”I spent 3 days in one of the shared dorms here, and it was easily one of the highlights of my time in Lhasa. The dorm rooms are incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized, with sturdy bunks and enough space so you never feel cramped. The social energy in the main lobbyist is unmatched—it is so easy to grab a drink, strike up a conversation, and find travel buddies to split tour costs or explore the city with. They even had local singing and ******* dance performances right in the common area, so which was amazing to experience. To top it off, the hostel has a sweet resident cat who loves to hang out. It was a great stay. The owner was very nice and welcoming. I booked three nights but it was two separate bookings, and the owner immediately upgraded my room. The hotel environment was also very nice, and the room facilities were good. There were also two adorable dogs 🐶
