GGuest UserThe hotel's breakfast was abundant and varied. The room was decorated very warmly. All the staff were incredibly friendly. When I checked in at the front desk, they offered hot towels and a hot drink called Rhodiola rosea. The in-room nasal oxygen was also very helpful. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to nearby attractions in the city, which is super convenient. It's about a 20-minute walk to attractions like the Potala Palace. The scenery by the Lhasa River right outside is also beautiful. There are even massage chairs on the second floor where you can relax. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe absolutely fell in love with this hotel - both the room and the overall environment. It is a beautiful hotel and we took loads of photos. Strongly recommending this hotel, especially if you are looking for a comfortable stay and easy travel to tourist destinations. We also recommend the Indian food downstairs as it was delicious. Thank you for the hospitality!

GGuest User1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends. 2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large. 3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway. 4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent. 5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

GGuest UserThis homestay was recommended by a friend. The owner was very warm and friendly. He carried our luggage upstairs as soon as we arrived. The courtyard was very cozy. As soon as the window of the room was opened, we could see the Potala Palace. It felt great. We could also take a reverse photo of the Potala Palace from the rooftop, which was very impressive. The B&B also has free self-service laundry. During my stay, I saw many repeat customers. I recommend it!

GGuest UserFacilities: The room type was very spacious, I booked a two-bed room this time. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the facilities were a bit old, and there was some water leakage. Room service was prompt. Minibar: Good. 24-hour oxygen supply service: This was very important, especially the 24-hour medical room. Due to severe altitude sickness for the first few days, I spent most of my time in the medical room. Only after taking medication and receiving oxygen could I manage to walk around a bit outside. Cleanliness: Acceptable, and the turndown service was also good. Environment: This is arguably the best in Lhasa. After staying one day elsewhere, I spent the remaining days at The St. Regis. During my stay in Lhasa, I mostly dined and engaged in activities at the hotel. The room layout was very well-proportioned, and maintenance was decent. Afternoon tea was just okay, but the Western restaurant had excellent food, and the sweet tea was the best. Service: The butler, Tina, was excellent. Her service was attentive throughout, and I was very satisfied. Next time I visit Lhasa, I definitely won't choose any other hotel. She even proactively checked in on my well-being.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Lhasa was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Every detail, from the airport pickup to daily living, dining, and transportation, showcased professionalism and warmth. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa! The airport pickup service was punctual and attentive. The driver was calm and professional, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. Throughout our trip, the hotel arranged a dedicated driver to take us to Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. The routes were well-planned, the driving was steady, and he waited patiently, allowing us to easily visit these sacred sites without any worries. I must give special praise to our butler, Zhixi. His service was incredibly meticulous and he anticipated our every need. From guiding us during check-in and offering itinerary suggestions to providing tips for high altitude, he followed up attentively throughout, always responsive to our requests. He handled every small detail with such care and thoughtfulness, making us feel completely at ease. The dining experience at the restaurant was excellent. The dishes were varied, delicious, and of high quality. A special thanks to Dekyi Wangmo for her exceptional care. Her service was warm and attentive; she proactively anticipated our needs, from taking orders to refilling tea and providing thoughtful details. The dining atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, and we enjoyed every meal thoroughly. This was especially helpful for us who experienced some altitude sickness. Standard hotel services were also top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were humble, courteous, and responded quickly. Whether it was helping with facilities, addressing requests, or providing temporary assistance, they were efficient and warm, truly making us feel at home. From airport transfers and butler service to restaurant care, the Shangri-La Hotel's exceptional dedication protected our entire journey, making our high-altitude trip warm and smooth.

XXicanglongdaguojilvyouyouxiangongsi(WHA)I want to express my sincere gratitude to my housekeeper, DeJiNancy. Her service was professional, thoughtful, and exceeded all my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Lhasa Paradise InterContinental Hotel offers such exceptional butler service, which is just as professional as top luxury brands, if not more attentive and heartfelt. Nancy treats guests like family. Every morning, I would wake up to her warm greetings and caring messages, making me feel instantly comforted. Whenever I encountered any issues during my trip, I naturally turned to her for help, and she always patiently solved every problem for me right away. Even for matters that were not part of the hotel’s standard services, she still listened carefully and provided great assistance. This stay was absolutely perfect. I truly felt like I had a family member looking after me in Lhasa. I will definitely choose Lhasa Paradise InterContinental Hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this excellent level of service.

MM527891****Seriously, folks, you won't believe it! Staying at this so-called 'oxygen-enriched' hotel provided by the travel agency, I was so short of breath and uncomfortable that I barely slept a wink all night. It makes me miss the Shusheng Guizang Manor in Lhasa where we stayed the night before. I spent a long time researching and chose this Guizang Manor for our first night in Lhasa. Since we had taken a high-speed train and a flight and then suddenly arrived at a high-altitude area that day, I was worried that we two 'fragile' youngsters wouldn't cope and it would affect our subsequent itinerary. So, I picked this mid-to-high-priced hotel. Following the idea that 'you get what you pay for,' I thought this place couldn't possibly be bad. And sure enough, after actually staying there, especially after spending a night at another hotel, I realized that choosing the Shusheng Guizang Manor for our first night in Lhasa was the best decision I ever made! I won't even go into how great the hotel environment is; just look at the pictures and feel it for yourselves. We took these because we thought they were beautiful, planning to post them on social media, never intending to write a review. But it's 3 AM, and I'm just so moved, so the pictures are only of the hotel interiors we liked and our breakfast (P.S. Super wide variety of breakfast, both Chinese and Western! 🤩 Key point!!! I want to emphasize and remind friends like us who are visiting Lhasa for the first time: when choosing a hotel, be sure to clearly check or ask what kind of 'oxygen machine' they mean by 'oxygen-enriched.' Because we might not (dare to) wash our hair, but we will definitely need oxygen on the first night! In such high-altitude areas, basically all hotels claim to be oxygen-enriched, but we need to look at the type of oxygen machine shown in the hotel room pictures. Some might just be a portable scattered oxygen machine, which is actually useless, makes noise, and doesn't have an individual oxygen port. Or a slightly better one might have an oxygen port, but only one! Trust me, if you're traveling with two or more people and you book such a hotel because of the price, you'll regret it, friends. Because one oxygen port is simply not enough [crying emoji]. But this Guizang Manor hotel not only has 24-hour diffused oxygen, but everyone also gets a nasal cannula! Each person in the room is provided with an oxygen machine and an oxygen port. Oh my goodness, this literally saved our lives! While saving our lives, the hotel also provided humidifiers, saving our skin. It's super dry here, dry to the point of flaking, so humidifiers are also incredibly important. (P.S. If you have a lot of dampness in your body, disregard what I said – congratulations, you've found your personal paradise, but only for when you first arrive; you'll have to experience the rest for yourself later.) Finally, one more little surprise I discovered after checking in. Exit the hotel, turn left, walk straight for about 100 meters, look up and turn right, and you can directly visit Cuomu Liangfen 🌝 Forgot to mention, the hotel is also close to Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street. Next time I come to Lhasa, I'm staying here again! I also hope that friends who have traveled to other cities and have recommended hotels can share their experiences and feelings after checking in. For 'fragile' youngsters like us who travel every year, such genuine reviews are truly very helpful 🌹

TTuanzifantuanziThe hotel exceeded expectations. Although the road at the entrance is a bit narrow and a bit messy due to road construction, the hotel (especially the room) exceeded expectations. As soon as we arrived at the garage, someone came out to greet us and help us park and take our luggage. There was snow chrysanthemum tea (I think, anyway it was chrysanthemum) at the front desk, and a young lady presented you with a Hada. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is hot. There is a pharmacy opposite the hotel. If your same-sex friends have severe altitude sickness, you can rent oxygen cylinders and have them delivered to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel view is also very good. You can see the Potala Palace from the bed, although it is from the back. There is also a super large platform, which should be great for eating and drinking in the summer. There are several small glass rooms on the platform, like a mahjong room.

GGuest UserThe room is very good and very special, the location is superb, you can experience the local style, go to the Jokhang Temple is very close, there are a lot of food, whether it is to take the direction of Barkhor Street or go to the mall on the street. The little brother of the hotel is also super good, equal to earning a local tour guide, you can find him to introduce the food. There's heating! There's an oxygen generator! The facilities are super complete! The restaurant upstairs can also see the Potala Palace!
