Count to 10 and you’ll find yourself in la grande place ! Friendly staff and cozy place ! If you’re looking for a place close to everything, this is the best place for you ! Despite that rooms are so small, the fact that you’re at the center you won’t probably need a bigger room.

I had ti wait until 2 pm no one minute less to enter the room again. However, the lady let me put my stuff in the room as I arrived early in the morning. The room is comfy but there was no AC and the fan was little, not enough for the summer; it was a hot night. I could not hear any noise so I slept like a baby! The decoration is the best, lovely and lots of art everywhere you look. I would stay again if there is a bigger fan. Location is best, a few steps away from every single attraction.

Great location - 5min walk to Brussels Central train station. 1min walk to the Grand Place. There is housekeeping. Do note there is no aircon, kettle, bedroom slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. Nights were around 18deg Celcius so I wasn’t warm at night. There was only one soap dispenser in the shower, I wasn’t sure if it could be used as shampoo so I bought my own after the first night. My room was clean when I arrived. Staff were friendly, hotel was beautifully decorated.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Brussels. The staff are truly amazing and provide excellent service from the moment you arrive. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable. The best part, however, is the owner. He is an exceptional person who has travelled all around the world and truly understands what a traveller needs.

Hotel Mozart is a unique place. Visually pleasant and appealing. Rooms are small but comfortable and they make great waffles. The location is great. Strongly recommended.

Loved the location, quite noisy at night but that adds to the city lifestyle. Would recommend if you want to be in a prime location.

Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot. Being so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage. The room was quite small, which may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast is provided but is left out already prepared and can sit out for up to two hours, which may not be to everyone’s taste. That said, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the owner is nice and approachable. However, he did come across as slightly unprofessional at times, as I saw him on a few occasions wearing a dressing gown. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if location is your priority and you don’t mind a few quirks.

This hotel does need some serious investment. I was given the key to a room on initial check in that was being slept in already. Then given a new key, the room smelt bad, balcony straight outside the window to the room. Distinct lack of plug sockets. I’d book somewhere else.
