The most disappointing thing was that there was no water in the room. 🤦♂️ I've stayed at over 100 hotels in many countries, from cheap to expensive, but this is the first time I've seen water not provided. My wife saw used contraceptives somewhere near the bed... well, it's so-so... I'd say it's not worth the money. But! The fair-haired guy at the reception was helpful, and he explained everything."

"The place was kept clean even though there were many people during my stay. They also have a washing machine and dryer if you need to wash and dry your clothes. The guy at the reception was very helpful. There is an ATM and a small mini mart close to the accommodation and a fruit shop just at the entrance. Across it is Sayran reservoir where you can walk or just relax."

"I really like the common areas and would sit here every night before going to bed. I stayed here for 3 nights. I usually stay up late and wake up early every day, but on the last day of my stay a female staff asked me if I was okay. Did I have a problem with resting? It was very impressive because the staff paid attention to the little things with the guests. The room may look small but it is suitable for a solo traveler. There may be a smell of paint. It is a smell from the hotel being new, but it is not a problem for my stay at all. I like having a washing machine and dryer for free, and of course I use it every day. If I have the chance I will definitely come back to stay."

"Overall, everything is good, but it's disappointing that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant/bar, and the only arrangement they have with the neighboring Georgian restaurant isn't very helpful. Plus, the shops in the vicinity are a bit strange, like basement stores. It definitely needs a vending machine and at least a small bar behind the reception desk. There should be coffee in the room. The coffee machine at breakfast makes terrible cappuccinos, but the black coffee is fine. Rooms are good and fresh, with many branded items, though it's still a long way from being a 'boutique' hotel due to small details. The hotel is worth its money!"
