Almaty Grand Erbil Hotel

The receptionist was so lovely and spoke excellent english. the accommodation is basic but nice and quiet. there’s a microwave, hot water, hair dryer plus the water pressure is really good! 20 mins from the airport so good for a morning flight.

Great Stay. Value for money. The breakfast was really worth it. I just hoped the T&B and the rooms could've been cleaner.

I was very impressed that they provided such an excellent breakfast for the low room rate of $12. It is close to the airport. There is also a shopping mall nearby.

The hotel is an excellent choice because of its price, location and facilities available for guests. The staff is responsive and good. There are a few convenient stores nearby, and a late-night doner place. Overall not a bad place to stay.

This hotel is definitely one of the most affordable ones in the city, and it has a good location. There are a couple of restaurants on the ground floor, and a free breakfast buffet for guests. There is also a sauna and a hammam at the lower ground level. Overall, a good stay experience at this hotel.

Curtains were stained. They put me in a room where they should not have, they were all dirty. Nice staff though, they seem nice and helpful.

Had a great stay! Staff was efficient and friendly. Booked the hostel room and it was very clean and spacious! Toilet and showers were working well. There is a fridge, microwave and communal area had sofas and was cozy. Location is really good too, near some shops and there was a supermarket/mall nearby. Really worth the price and would book again!

The decor was outdated, the ventilation was poor, and there were no windows, but I knew that. The bathroom was outdated, but the worst part was that the bed wasn't clean. There were hairs all over it. Not recommended
