Super clean room. New, crispy and comfortable bedding. The location is good. Staff were helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of food. One thing is people next door were noisy.

This is by far the best comfy hotel I’ve stayed in Kazakhstan. Location is good. Bed is also clean and comfortable. The room size is quite compact but well equipped. Bathroom floor is heated. I’ll definitely stay here again if I revisit Almaty in the future.

Hotel is new and clean, service is efficient. Some small issues such as unstable water temperature and light switches not working well, but good stay overall. Offers 24/7 room service and housekeeping staff were friendly.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. It's clean, boutique-style, and the breakfasts were incredibly delicious! I'd gladly return again.

Hotel room is extremely clean and spacious. Great selection at buffet breakfast. Staff at front desk could be more helpful though. Refused to break down larger notes / refused to help call a cab / refused to help mail a postcard.

Absolutes loved this place. It’s right in the centre of Almaty. They let me check in early which was much appreciated. The room was small with a single bed but very clean and comfortable! Great amenities. The view was INSANE, so beautiful. The service was great everyone was super kind and the breakfast has great variety!

Very helpful front desk staff when I encountered difficulty. Clean room with enough space for one person. Can see the snow mountain from the window in the lift lobby when the weather is ok. Breakfast is good with various choice and coffee machine (chocolate is real good), the cake is too sweet for me though. Thete is a CU convenient store nearby. Will stay in this hotel if I come to Almaty next time!
