Absolutely terrible. They discriminate against Chinese people. Couldn't communicate with the front desk, and they maliciously overcharged me.

Even though I put out the 'no cleaning needed' sign, my room was cleaned every day. However, the cleaning was a bit strange – sometimes towels weren't replaced, and I couldn't tell if the sheets were changed or just refolded. Also, the paid laundry service (done in-house, not outsourced) returned my clothes damp, which was a bit disappointing, though not soaking wet.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2026. The lamp in the bedroom wasn't working, and neither was the TV. The room cleaning left a lot to be desired; the carpet wasn't cleaned well. The breakfasts were good and hearty, we enjoyed them. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, great people.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is very responsive, and the breakfasts in the mornings are delicious. On the downside, the soundproofing isn't great.

The front desk staff were friendly, the location is great, and the facilities are new and clean, which I think is wonderful. However, if only the walls weren't so thin... Having thin walls where you can hear every word of your neighbors' conversations is a problem for a hotel. Unless they improve the soundproofing of the walls, I'd have a hard time recommending it to others.

The room is small, but it has all the amenities: a fridge and a hairdryer. There's a good set of disposable items, including a toothbrush, razor, and so on. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The location is great: there are many cafes nearby and places to walk around. The main drawback: you can really hear the plumbing and sewage when someone showers on the floor above. I had to sleep with earplugs. The room was on the first floor.

Great location, service is acceptable. The hotel itself is quite run-down. As for cleanliness, they really tried their best.
