Oi-Qaragai Mountain Resort

I booked this room expecting a forest view, but the window faced a restaurant building with many people walking by, so there was little privacy and I could not keep the curtains open. The room and furniture felt very old, and the curtains and sofa did not feel clean. The bathroom and shower were extremely small and uncomfortable. Soundproofing was poor, and I could clearly hear footsteps and bathroom noises from the room above. The mountains and hiking trails within walking distance from the property are absolutely beautiful. Overall, the natural surroundings are wonderful, but the room itself did not match the expectations created by the listing or the higher price of this room category.

Fantastic stay! We will be back for 5 days next year. We stayed for 1 night and 1 day, and everything was much better than we expected. The resort is beautiful and very clean. What we loved: The Room: We stayed in the purple chalet. It was very cozy, warm, and had a great mountain view. The Staff: The service was excellent. The staff speaks very good English and they were so helpful with our questions. Skiing: We had a great time on the slopes! The equipment and the snow were perfect. Our Plan: One day was too short. We liked it so much that we are planning to come back next year in the Autumn season for a longer stay of 3–5 nights to see the colors of the trees. Bottom Line: Highly recommended for families and international travelers. Thank you!

Amazing ski resort with beautiful views, good tracks, and decent restaurants. Unfortunately, the hotel service was very poor. Staff just handed me the keys without showing the room, refused to help with my bags, and I had to wait far too long for the receptionist whenever I had questions. Great skiing, but the hotel management seriously needs to improve their customer service.

We had a wonderful stay at Oi‑Qaragai Mountain Resort. The yurt was comfortable, clean, and full of character, beautifully combining traditional style with modern comfort. Staying surrounded by the mountains made the experience truly unique and relaxing. Special thanks to Zakir for his excellent service. He was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, this resort is highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy nature and experience a distinctive form of accommodation.

Fantastic place to stay as a couple. The view is just breath taking. Would love to go again!
