TTetrapoueteIt can be quite difficult to find a place which can accommodate a family of 5 all at once so we were very happy to see 3 double beds in the family room. The room is bright and clean, the hotel location is very good. Around 10min away from Universal park; there are 2 free shuttle buses in the morning (7.20 am and 8.20 am) but you can also easily get a taxi/ Didi to there. There are several chinese restaurants right in front of the hotel.
The person who welcomed us was very nice and helpful.
I saw some comments saying toiletries would not be renewed from one day to another. You actually have to scan the Wechat QR code located next to the hotel door (street side) and the hotel staff will then help you to book the shuttle bus to the park or renew the toiletries the next day. The bed will not be redone though, that would be some possible improvement. Besides this, we will totally come back to this place.

I've stayed in quite a few decent B&Bs, and this one just gives me the impression that the owner isn't very focused on service, mainly aiming for a casual vibe, I guess... It's been a long time since I encountered a B&B or hotel where the drinks in the room fridge cost extra. When I asked for two small bottles of water, the response I got was, ”The large bottles are free too.” I don't understand what that even means... Of course, I know the large bottles are free, but do I have to drink from a jug if I want cold water? They did eventually bring them, just two small bottles... The breakfast was also quite disappointing; it's the first time I've encountered something like this at this price point for a B&B. The overall feeling is just very stingy.
There's a nearly right-angle turn outside the B&B, and our car is quite long. No one came out to guide us or help us navigate... I'll just leave it at that for now.

HHuiziStaying at Kaisa Platinum Apartment truly exceeded my expectations! It's located right in the heart of Guomao-Dawalu, within walking distance to the subway, and SKP shopping mall is right downstairs – super convenient. The room is spacious, with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with cookware and appliances, making it feel just like home. The concierge was always on call, which was a great experience. The hotel even sent fruit, and my son bought flowers for Mother's Day, creating such a home-like atmosphere.

GGuest UserWe chose 'Sleep Lab Homestay' for our trip to Universal Studios, and it was truly an excellent experience! We booked a twin suite, which was incredibly practical. The bathroom had a double vanity sink, so two people could get ready simultaneously without any hassle – super convenient.
There's also a sliding door between the two beds, allowing for privacy and undisturbed rest for each person, which was a huge plus. The homestay itself is a minimalist white building, looking clean and refreshing overall. Every spot is picture-perfect, making it easy to snap great photos.
The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. We visited during the off-season, so the price was incredibly reasonable, offering fantastic value for money. Overall, it was a comfortable and affordable stay. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Universal Studios!

MMeiyincidufuHighly, highly recommended!!! Our group of four climbed Dongling Mountain this morning, and the scenery was so beautiful we didn't want to go back to Beijing. On a whim, we wanted to find a hot spring hotel nearby where we could relax and soak, and we found this one. The scenery was absolutely stunning!!! The entire village has excellent red-themed architecture and a very positive atmosphere. Even the small village museum's 3D video was quite good, creating a great ambiance, and in the morning, you could see the iconic red star right outside your window!! And the best part? The hot spring was incredibly relaxing! Enjoying a barbecue in the misty mountains, listening to the rain while soaking in the hot spring… friends, it was indescribably comfortable!!
The owner and the manager were very kind, providing us with free breakfast. After breakfast, we immediately bought two jars of the same fermented bean curd online—it was so delicious, hahaha!
In short, a perfect recommendation, we will definitely go again!!!

AAHLAN WASAHLANGreat Location and a Very Helpful Host, but Bathroom Drainage Needs Improvement
The location is fantastic! It is very close to the metro station and conveniently located in the iQiyi building. Overall, it was a good stay, except for a few issues.
First, the sink was clogged and the window couldn't be locked. However, as soon as I informed the host, they took action and fixed both issues immediately. Excellent host!
The main problem, however, was the bathroom floor. The drain was severely clogged, and the water would pool up and not dry even after leaving it overnight. I informed the host, and they advised us to shower inside the bathtub and make sure the shower curtain was fully closed. We did exactly as instructed, but the water still flooded the floor. I didn't want to argue or complain about the same thing twice, so I just let it be.
On the bright side, the hospitality was great. The host cleaned the room, changed the towels, and replenished the mineral water every single day. They even helped me receive my Taobao deliveries! Overall, it was an okay stay, but it would have been perfect if not for the bathroom floor drainage issue.

GGuest UserVery convenient location if you want to be near sunlitun, also only an hour away from PKX airport so not bad. Next time I would get a location closer to middle of Biejing if you don't want to go 20 minutes to hotel and back all the time. But I really liked it nevertheless. Note, that the location address entrance is in the back of the building. You go up to 5th floor where you turn right as soon as entering the doors on the right of the elevator. Some ****** looking guys will help you to your room when you mention booking with trip.com. Overall very nice, and I liked the view from hotel :) Good working ameneties in the room that we stayed at. I don't have pictures of the hotel building or inside the room but i have a picture of a building in surrounding area.

CClayton TrekkerLonghu building is near to the scenic site entrance and about 5mins walk. You can access via the restaurant as a short cut and having breakfast there. The rooms is clean and the bed is large and able to cater for 2pax. One toilet located on top of the level and washing machine available. Any issue you can WeChat the incharge and he responses well. You can order food via their service menus. At night around 8pm can watch drone show from the room. Overall moderate to good accommodation.

GGuest User屬於民宿風格。位置在大興機場附近的農村，但是距離機場最多15分鐘行程特別方便。房間設施齊全。老闆娘考慮到我們是一家人出行，特地安排了一個家庭房間，很有人情味。從民宿酒店一出來就可以看到一個超市，周圍也有幾家餐館，吃住都很方便。作為中轉的住宿地點，實在是性價比很高的。遺憾的是好像生意不是很好，入住率不是很高，還可以多多推廣下。
