The hotel's location is excellent. You can see Tokyo Tower from the lobby building. It's also very close to Ginza, which is great for shopping. Plus, the convenience store and coffee shop downstairs are really good. It's super convenient to get anywhere from here.

Suidobashi/Ochanomizu Tokyo|3.75km from downtown
This was my third stay, and the hotel's location is fantastic, right inside the amusement park. Suidobashi Station is also incredibly convenient for transportation. The hotel is huge and very busy, but the price is quite reasonable. Given the volume of guests, it's understandable that the front desk staff might struggle to keep up. However, the self check-in/check-out machines are a nice addition. There are a couple of hardware issues: ① The elevators are very slow. Even with separate high and low zones, during peak check-out times in the morning, you might have to wait for several elevators before you can get down. I feel like the algorithm could be optimized. ② The rooms are advertised as over 30 square meters, but they don't feel that big – more like 25 square meters. It's hard to even lay a large suitcase flat. This is probably difficult to change. The biggest disappointment this time was that the Tokyo Dome City Attractions were closed due to ***. I tried to cancel my reservation a few days in advance, but it wasn't allowed, which felt a bit inflexible.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. We stayed in a triple room in the main building, which was quite spacious for a Tokyo hotel. I especially loved the Sky Plaza on the top floor – the view was fantastic! It had a play area for kids, a swimming pool, and even free Starbucks, which was so relaxing. The hotel also offers a direct shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the subway station is just a 10-minute walk away, making everything very accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet room but if you are bothered by train noises, you may want to request room on the Marunouchi side of the hotel. Staff were friendly amd helpful, giving me detailed info on the airport bus upoj request. Hotel laundry was also returned promptly.

I enjoyed the experience overall. The hotel is very close to the station, which made traveling around Tokyo very convenient. There is also a FamilyMart right below the hotel, perfect for quick snacks and essentials. The hotel has a hot spring and gym facilities, although I didn’t get the chance to use them during my stay. The room itself was super spacious compared to many hotels in Tokyo. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was large and very clean, and I also liked the Bluetooth audio speaker provided in the room. My only complaint was the touchscreen air-conditioning control panel. It was not very responsive and honestly quite frustrating to use. I would have preferred a traditional remote controller instead. Aside from that, everything else felt modern, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, it's pretty good. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open three suitcases comfortably. It's very clean, and they bring fresh pajamas daily. The amenities are comprehensive, including a fridge – though a microwave would have been a nice addition. Both check-in and check-out are semi-self-service, which is very efficient. Thumbs up! The biggest plus is definitely the location; it's super convenient for getting anywhere. It’s only a five to six-minute walk from Ginza Station, and the surrounding shopping area is fantastic for browsing. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby.

This was my second stay here. My last visit was around Christmas last year, and they've since renovated all the rooms! The sofa and bed are new, and even the faucets in the modular bathroom have been replaced. It's a great choice for shoppers, as it's incredibly close to the luxury brand street (though Cartier was under renovation). It's also super close to the Montbell store in Kyobashi. Plus, there's a new Starbucks downstairs and three convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart). Getting to Narita Airport from Takaracho Station is a quick 7-8 minute walk.

This hotel's location is excellent. The subway is super convenient right outside, and Ginza is just across the street, making shopping incredibly easy. The hotel provides an electric kettle and two bottles of mineral water daily, and the rooms are very clean. There's a large public bath with hot springs on the second floor, and you can pick up toiletries on the first floor. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese, and they offer thoughtful services like luggage storage and weighing. I'll probably stay here again next time I visit Japan.

Central Tokyo Tokyo|2.68km from downtown
This hotel is super convenient, right across from Exit 5 of the Hanzo-mon line. It's also really close to popular spots like Chidorigafuchi and the Imperial Palace, and getting to other train lines for transfers is a breeze. We've stayed here twice now and both times were great. The room size was good, and the price was fair. It's not a super new hotel, but its fantastic location and overall decent amenities make it excellent value for money, in my opinion. Oh, and they provide basic toiletries and even some makeup – there were two options on the first floor. Since we stayed in April, it wasn't too hot outside, so we didn't really need them, but I imagine they'd be a nice bonus in the summer. Their tea is also really delicious! They even have face masks, not top-of-the-line, but perfectly fine for a quick hydration boost while traveling.

Shinagawa Tokyo|5.46km from downtown
Stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is definitely the biggest advantage. Being right next to Shinagawa Station makes it incredibly convenient for travelling around Tokyo, taking the Shinkansen, and accessing both airports. The hotel also offers plenty of facilities, restaurants, shops, and everything you may need during your stay. As one of the larger hotels in Tokyo, it can feel very crowded with tourists and visitors throughout the day. There were a few occasions where language barriers led to some miscommunication, and at times I felt that foreign guests might receive slightly different treatment, although this may simply have been my personal impression. That being said, the staff were generally professional and helpful. If you are respectful and patient, everything usually goes smoothly. Considering the location, facilities, and reasonable room rates, I feel this hotel offers good value for money and is a practical choice for anyone visiting Tokyo. I would stay here again mainly because of the convenience and excellent location. 🇯🇵🏨✨

Wonderful hotel that goes above and beyond for families traveling with children. From the child amenity kits and pajamas for our toddler to the crib and diaper pail for our infant we felt that every need was met which made for a really comfortable trip. The 7eleven in the hotel was the icing on the cake! We also were able to utilize the Poppins onsite daycare although this is run independently and you should book well in advance of your trip as only 1 day that we requested was available for booking. Tokyo Tower Tokyo|2.41km from downtown
I recently stayed at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo and found the room to be spacious with a fantastic view. Although the decor is a bit dated, the cleanliness was impressive, and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a quiet and serene getaway in the bustling city of Tokyo, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The beds were comfortable, contributing to a restful experience. One of the highlights of the hotel is its proximity to Tokyo Tower and a nearby temple, both offering great sightseeing opportunities. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a large, beautiful garden that adds to the tranquility of the area. However, the location is somewhat isolated, with not much in the immediate vicinity. The only convenience store is a Lawson in the basement, which closes at 11 PM. There isn't a nearby 7-Eleven, and room service also ends before then, which can be a challenge for business travelers like me who often have to navigate time differences and late-night schedules. On a positive note, the amenities offered are excellent, including quality skincare products and plush bath towels and robes. Overall, it’s a good hotel in a quieter area, perfect for those looking to unwind.

I stayed here for a conference, and it was quite busy, mostly with business travelers. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's within walking distance to the Big Sight exhibition center. As a Hilton Honors member, I got free breakfast, and eating in the lounge meant no waiting in line. This hotel is truly heartwarming. It's located in Hibiya Park, very close to Shimbashi Station. The lobby on the 18th floor offers expansive views and feels bright and grand. We were given a room on the 27th floor, and we could even spot the tip of Tokyo Tower from our window. The room layout was well-designed and fully equipped, including a Japanese shower/bathtub. Although not huge, there was enough space to open two 24-inch suitcases. The twin beds were both 1.2 meters wide, a bit soft, but very comfortable to sleep on. There were plenty of breakfast options, including sashimi rice bowls, and you could help yourself to soft drinks in the lounge. Most of the guests were Westerners, and the staff's English was fluent, making communication smooth. The service was superb! Since our stay coincided with my daughter's birthday, we received a meticulously handwritten card from the hotel staff! We also got a birthday gift, and all our requests for the room were met. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, a definite five-star experience! What surprised me most was how incredibly clean the room was – a total win for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am. There was no odd smell when I walked in, and I could walk barefoot on the floor without getting dusty. The bedding was perfectly neat and clean, with a faint, fresh, disinfected scent. The bathroom was spotless; not a single water mark on the mirror or countertop, and even easy-to-miss details like corners and shelf crevices were perfectly clean. It made for a truly reassuring stay. The service was excellent throughout. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were genuinely kind and patient, answering all my travel questions and even proactively offering tips for local sightseeing. Any requests were handled promptly and without any sense of being rushed or dismissed. A huge bonus was the super charming cafe right downstairs. I could grab freshly brewed coffee and a light meal just by heading down in the morning, saving me the hassle of finding somewhere else. It was also incredibly convenient if I needed a quick spot to sit and get some work done. It added so much happiness to my entire trip. The room was very new, and the shower wasn't small with plenty of hot water and strong pressure. The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. If two people are staying with large luggage, it's best to book a deluxe room, not the smallest one. The small gift upon check-in was a nice touch. The toiletries included good skincare products, but I had to specifically ask the front desk for cotton swabs, so the amenity set wasn't very complete. Surprisingly, there was only a yukata and no pajamas – I've stayed in so many hotels in Japan and never encountered one without pajamas. There also wasn't any garment deodorizer spray in the room, which is quite unusual. The breakfast was delicious, but the open kitchen had a very strong smell. I'd recommend improving the ventilation, as I always had to shower after eating breakfast. Overall, it was still very good! It's close to Akihabara, Don Quijote, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and more.

The hotel's location is great, quite close to the subway station, and it's convenient to walk to Ginza. In my opinion, the one major drawback is that the staff's English proficiency is absolutely terrible! On both occasions I've stayed here, the front desk staff could barely speak English during check-in, requiring a translation device, which wasted a lot of time and effort. Even more ridiculous, when I called from my room to request an extra pillow, the staff member who answered couldn't understand English. We repeated the English word for ”pillow” at least ten times, and even spelled out the letters one by one, but it was still useless – we simply couldn't communicate. Overall, the hotel has a good location and the rooms are generally decent, but the English level of the staff is genuinely the worst I've encountered in any Japanese hotel.

This was my second stay at the station hotel, and it's incredibly convenient for transit. Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, you can walk towards the Marunouchi South Exit where a small door directly accesses the hotel, so you don't even need to go outside. This time, I booked the hotel's basic 36-square-meter room. The room had a peculiar smell, which I suspect might have been due to the humidity during the rainy season, making my stay feel uncomfortable. The room's location wasn't ideal either; it overlooked some equipment with absolutely no view. The 40-square-meter room type I stayed in before was much better. However, the hotel service and breakfast were, as always, excellent.

It was even more extensive than the Banyan Tree I recently stayed at in China. The hotel garden is beautiful; I managed to photograph ginkgo and red leaves. Booking through Trip.com was very convenient and quick. The location is excellent, with direct shuttle buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, and another shuttle to Shinjuku Station. Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location is unbeatable – incredibly convenient for food, with everything you could ask for, and a convenience store right outside. The Oedo Line Exit 7 is just across the street, and a quick right turn at the intersection followed by another right leads you to the Hibiya Line, making transportation incredibly easy to get anywhere. After a long day of exploring, it's a blessing to step out of the subway and directly into the hotel. The room also had a massage chair, which is why I'm giving facilities 5 stars; it definitely helped relieve some of the day's fatigue. Now for the negatives. There are many bars downstairs, and at night, the street is filled with people trying to solicit customers, including women offering massages. As long as you don't make eye contact, you're generally fine, but I did see one girl being followed and hassled. Also, despite booking a larger twin room, it was still quite small. I won't go into detail about the cleanliness, but as you can see from the pictures, it really wasn't clean – on par with an old 3-star guesthouse in China. However, the unbeatable location still makes up for it.

This was my first time visiting Tokyo, and I stayed at Agora for five days: 🤵‍♀️ During check-in, although the staff didn't speak Chinese, they provided detailed check-in instructions in Chinese. All the front desk staff I encountered during my stay had excellent attitudes.👍🏻 🧹 The hotel usually cleans rooms every three days. If you need daily cleaning, just put the magnetic sign from your room outside your door before noon on that day. 🛏️ I chose a twin room, and when I opened the door, I found they had pushed two single beds together. The size was decent, and two adults could sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. 📍 The location is excellent. Downstairs, there's a restaurant called Bansuke that serves delicious fried fish ochazuke. Just a short walk away, you'll find FamilyMart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven. There are also drugstores and restaurants at the large intersection outside. 🚇 Higashi-Ginza Station is just around the corner from the hotel entrance, making it very convenient to take the Asakusa Line and Hibiya Line. There's also an express train directly to the airport; just check Google Maps for the schedule. If you prefer to walk to Ginza Station, there's a dedicated underground passage, which is very convenient. 🛍️ If you want to go shopping, most malls are about a 10-minute walk away, and the street is quite lively. 💦 The only downside is that the room is indeed quite small, with barely enough space to lay one suitcase flat. But honestly, for this price, getting such a great location is already very satisfying. The experience was excellent, and I'm grateful to Agora for a wonderful memory of Tokyo.🥰
