The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for exploring Ginza. From the hotel lobby, you can see the Tokyo Tower 🗼, and there's a lovely lounge area where you can relax and snap some great night photos of the tower – it's really impressive. Some rooms at the hotel also offer Tokyo Tower views; you can request this before check-in, but it depends on the room type you've booked. We had a triple room, and unfortunately, it wasn't facing the Tokyo Tower. We stayed on the 21st floor, and the night view was absolutely stunning – definitely worth it! Breakfast was also excellent.

The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent; you could walk to the entire Ginza shopping district. There's a popular ramen place nearby that wasn't very good, but a Yakiniku restaurant called Jojoen (not the one on the Mitsukoshi building) was incredibly delicious. You won't have to worry about food or drinks staying here. The Asakusa Line downstairs goes straight to Narita Airport (if you're not good with transfers, just allow two hours for the trip). A very satisfying hotel overall. While the transportation isn't the most convenient, they offer a shuttle bus to the JR station three times an hour, which we used daily and found quite convenient. For the return trip, it's a short walk or you can take the U-line. We were upgraded to a room on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. While the overall service and location are good, a few details made the experience fall short of true 5-star standards.
Pros:

• The anti-slip mat is a thoughtful touch since the bathtub can get slippery.
• Toiletries and body lotion are of decent quality.
• The in-room iron is convenient, no need to request one.

Cons:

This hotel is super easy to find! Just take exit 3a, turn right, walk straight down the alley, then turn right at the traffic light. It's the second building. The triple room was a bit cramped for opening our luggage, but everything else was great. It was quiet, perfect for relaxing. There are four convenience stores nearby (two Family Marts across the street from the subway, and a Lawson on the same block). They even provide disposable toiletries, which you can grab from a shelf next to the front desk. For nearly 1000 MYR a night for a triple room, the breakfast was a letdown, especially for a Malaysian like me. All they had was plain congee. I ended up buying bread from the convenience store. My kids ate plain rice with seaweed soup. No sunny-side-up eggs, not even the most basic options, so the breakfast definitely isn't worth it.FromSGD 148

Excellent location, less than 10mins walk to Ginza shopping streets. Right next to Higashi Ginza metro station exit 4, but there is no lift or elevator for this exit, be prepared to carry your luggages up the stairs. There is a Lawson across the road, a whole building of restaurants next door, and a couple of drugstores nearby.
We stayed on the 14th floor. Room is big enough for 2 checkin luggages. We got street view, 2nd photo is the view from our room. There is a humidifier in the room which is a plus for the dry winter months. Air conditioning can get a bit too warm. Good water pressure for shower. No amenities in the room but you can get some for free from the lobby. You also get 2 bottles of drinking water for free everyday.
Breakfast is half ala carte half buffet style. Selection is decent. Did not try out the public bath so no comments on that.
Staff are all fluent in English and very helpful.

Traveling to Tokyo with my kids and planning to see the cherry blossoms in the Izu Peninsula, I chose Shinagawa for its convenient transportation. There are several Prince Hotels around Shinagawa Station, so make sure you know which one you're booking! If you're unsure, like I was, you can always ask at one of the front desks. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the environment is modern. The service is also very thoughtful; they even provided slippers, towels, and toothbrushes for my child. The only improvement I'd suggest is upgrading the 1.6-meter double bed to a 1.8-meter one – that would be perfect!FromSGD 106

Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller.
Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection. We had dinner at the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. Delicious, especially the tuna salad.
I found the lobby staff a little lack of personality, at check in, no mentioning of where breakfast will be, what time check out is. Just checked you in and that’s it, no personal notes in the room. When I expressed I’ve lost my phone at the shop in Tokyo, no sign of empathy (it was a western male staff) no gesture of helpfulness, very cold and robotic. This goes for concierge also, he is an older western gentleman, he needs to use Google translate also which is frustrating cause I could do exactly the same research with Google translate.
Overall, hardware is solid, need to fine tune the staff, sprinkle a little bit of personality in them.FromSGD 520

We have always been an avid traveller and we love five stars hotel. And this trip to Tokyo, we booked for the biggest Aman Suite at Aman Tokyo and we also booked for a few nights in Bvlgari Suite at Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo. However the price we paid for Aman is 380,000yen more than our suite in Bvlgari yet the services and experiences we get in Bvlgari is so much better. The staff generally speaks better English, and their butler are way more proactive and confident, perhaps due to language proficiency. Also at Bvlgari they serve daily evening refreshment which they do not have at Aman. Also the breakfast at Bvlgari is 24 hours so we do not have to worry about missing our breakfast hour. We also do not see a lot of differences between the suite type in Aman. Personally we wouldn’t recommend Aman Tokyo to anyone considering there are a lot of better options and five stars hotel around for the price we paid.FromSGD 3,060

Honestly, aside from the price, this hotel has no flaws. It has its own natural hot spring, free to use after 3 PM as long as you follow the communal bathing rules. After a thorough rinse, you can enjoy a relaxing soak. From 5 PM onwards, there's even complimentary alcohol served on the first floor.
Every day, you can choose free pajamas and pillows, with various softness and firmness options available. There's an ice machine on each floor, where you can also get iced water.
Fresh and clean bath towels and other linens are provided daily.
The service is incredibly attentive and meticulous. Every time you leave, someone at the front desk wishes you a safe journey. When checking out, someone at the door will open it, bow, and wish you a safe trip.
Downstairs, there's a ramen shop open until 4 AM, so even if you miss dinner sometimes, you're in the central Ginza area, with countless restaurants open until the early hours just a few steps away.
The K S Higashi-Ginza Station is right at the doorstep. Across the street is the Higashi-Ginza Line of the Hibiya Line, and just one more street over is the Ginza Station of the Ginza Line, making transportation extremely convenient.FromSGD 112

Cleanliness: No issues.
Ambiance: I had a room with a view of Ariake Arena, which was generally nice. The bedroom is right as you enter, so all bedrooms are quite spacious. The bathroom is at the very back. If you don't like the bed being right by the entrance, you might want to avoid this. Also, the bedroom doesn't get much natural light because the bathroom is on the outside with a window (a transparent glass bathroom).
Service: If you're coming to the hotel from outside the building, there are absolutely no signs, elevators, or escalators to get to the hotel lobby on the 2nd floor. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to reach the hotel's main entrance. It's hard to imagine a hotel of this caliber having such an arrangement.
Facilities: It's hard to believe that a hotel at this price point and level doesn't come standard with a bathtub.

It's a bit of a distance from Shinjuku, but after a big meal there, walking back to the hotel was a nice way to digest, haha! It's about two subway stops away, and the walk to the station feels like 800 meters, but the room itself is really spacious, not as cramped as other inns, which was quite comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The tax was 200 yen per night, and you just pay for all nights at check-in, which is very affordable. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the alley next door has some hidden food gems and a Family Mart. Being away from the bustling commercial area also means it's quiet! Service: Upon arrival, the front desk staff immediately offered a wet wipe, which was a very thoughtful touch. They were always smiling and polite, and even delivered my luggage to the room.

Shimbashi is a major transportation hub, offering extremely convenient access to the Yurikamome Line, Shinkansen, and various subway lines, making it perfect for shopping in Ginza and beyond.

Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, you can walk towards the Marunouchi South Exit where a small door directly accesses the hotel, so you don't even need to go outside. The room had a peculiar smell, which I suspect might have been due to the humidity during the rainy season, making my stay feel uncomfortable. The room's location wasn't ideal either; it overlooked some equipment with absolutely no view. The 40-square-meter room type I stayed in before was much better. The deluxe room is quite spacious for Tokyo, making it easy to pack and unpack. However, compared to the room size, the bathroom feels a bit cramped, and the sink drains very slowly. The bedding comfort is just average. Perhaps because I didn't request a higher floor when booking, they assigned me the lowest floor (6F), which was a bit disappointing. Since I was only staying briefly, I didn't bother asking the front desk to change it. From the moment I arrived to check-in and luggage delivery, the overall service awareness and attitude were excellent. I didn't even visit other attractions in Tokyo because this place was so good. The hotel shuttle bus is also a highlight—very convenient. We recently stayed at VIA INN PRIME NIHONBASHI as a group of three and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
Location is unbeatable. Being part of the JR-West group and right at Nihombashi station makes exploring Tokyo incredibly easy. Direct access to multiple subway and train lines meant we could get anywhere quickly. The neighborhood itself is great - less chaotic than some tourist hubs but with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and even the Mitsukoshi department store nearby.
The staff were exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was courteous, professional, and spoke good English. They were always ready to help with directions, luggage storage, or any small request, making us feel very welcome.
Breakfast was a highlight! The variety was impressive, offering a delicious mix of both Western and Japanese options. Everything was fresh, tasty, and replenished frequently. It was the perfect way to start our busy days of sightseeing.
We booked a triple room and were pleasantly surprised by the space. For a Tokyo hotel, it was very comfortable for three adults. We had enough room to store our luggage and move around without feeling cramped. This was my first time visiting Tokyo, and I stayed at Agora for five days:
🤵♀️ During check-in, although the staff didn't speak Chinese, they provided detailed check-in instructions in Chinese. All the front desk staff I encountered during my stay had excellent attitudes.👍🏻
🧹 The hotel usually cleans rooms every three days. If you need daily cleaning, just put the magnetic sign from your room outside your door before noon on that day.
🛏️ I chose a twin room, and when I opened the door, I found they had pushed two single beds together. The size was decent, and two adults could sleep comfortably without feeling cramped.
📍 The location is excellent. Downstairs, there's a restaurant called Bansuke that serves delicious fried fish ochazuke. Just a short walk away, you'll find FamilyMart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven. There are also drugstores and restaurants at the large intersection outside.
🚇 Higashi-Ginza Station is just around the corner from the hotel entrance, making it very convenient to take the Asakusa Line and Hibiya Line. There's also an express train directly to the airport; just check Google Maps for the schedule. If you prefer to walk to Ginza Station, there's a dedicated underground passage, which is very convenient.
🛍️ If you want to go shopping, most malls are about a 10-minute walk away, and the street is quite lively.
💦 The only downside is that the room is indeed quite small, with barely enough space to lay one suitcase flat. But honestly, for this price, getting such a great location is already very satisfying. The experience was excellent, and I'm grateful to Agora for a wonderful memory of Tokyo.🥰FromSGD 177
